Communication was dismal. We called on a Wednesday, dropped off the RV on a Thursday. Only verbally quoted us (two different prices) - and then come Friday, no communication. Closed the weekend. Monday told maybe in the next day or two. Still no quote on paper. Finally got quote for much higher than originally said (after they started the work). Never took a second to ask us, check in, verify what's going on, have some sort of timeline...
