I went in today for an oil change. First off, everyone there was so incredibly nice and helpful, even on the phone when I called ahead to ask the price. I knew my check engine light was on and I wanted to ask questions about it and other issues with my car which they were helpful for. I got a quote on tires since I need new ones which was also nice and helpful of them. They checked out my headlights, taillights, flushed my engine and did an oil change. This was all done really quickly. I appreciated their efficiency, politeness, and job well done. I had a great experience here and would recommend to everyone

Went to this location for my last oil change and James told me I had built up sludge from waiting too long for an oil change. The way he said it made me actually feel bad and was condescending in nature, like I really messed up my car. I declined at the time. Went back today, and the same staff said the exact same thing, as if it is super bad and absolutely needs to happen. After a quick google search and talking to someone who has knowledge about cars and servicing them, this is not only not needed but can damage your engine and is a common way for stop in places like these to upsell you and make more money. Crook behavior, and they charged me $100 extra that should be in my pocket right now. Do not go here if you are hoping to actually trust what they tell you you need.

Went in to get a tune up and wiring due to fuel, power loss. I've already had several people look at it and gotten advice. They run the engine check code and the older repair guy tells the younger one that it seems like a diagnostic situation and basically he thinks it's a leak and they can't fix it. I tried to tell them I still wanted to get my spark plugs changed and wiring done just in case and he basically kept saying he thinks that wouldnt help and he bets it's a leak. Since they didn't wanna make money I didn't argue. The engine code was giving my throttle bottle pressure and high voltage. From several people that have looked at it they said this could be caused by faulty wiring or spark plugs causing that code to appear. Everyone has said it's related to clogged fuel filter fuel injectors or faulty spark plugs. I have to drive back across town to go to another shop so they can change my spark plugs just to be sure... I was just upset at how he insisted it must be a leak basically being lazy because they just wanna do oil changes and have a easy shift I'm assuming they don't get paid per job. He even told me it would be 500 to change my spark plug because I have a v6 and those are hard... I am a beginner at cars and I can change the spark plug myself I just don't have the tools. It's not harder lmao you locate the spark plugs untwist and replace. Last time I came to this place for a serpentine belt and the dude gave up midway and said he couldn't get it on because my engine was too dirty and I need to get it cleaned first. Left me with my belt off. His coworker offered to do it for him after I called out for poor of a human being he was... no more jiffy lube Basically if it requires more than the bare minimum you should expect it it's just jiffy lube

Blaine did a quick job, he was delightful, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. They were far cheaper to do BOTH headlights than the competition was to do just one. He was so fast I almost missed my chance to take a picture of him working. I'll happily be back here again.

For the past several years I've had mostly positive experiences taking my car here for oil changes and occasional replacements for other small parts such as filters and wipers. I usually try to go earlier in the morning hours so there's less chance of having to wait longer, and the service has been reliable and efficient overall.

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and 5 months later at the next oil change I was informed that the air filters in my car (cabin air filter incl. tray and engine air filter) were missing. The mechanics at this Jiffy Lube must have forgotten to put them back after their routine check and I was driving without filters the whole time. I spoke with the manager a few times and still haven’t received any reimbursement.

While passing through town on a long roadtrip, these guys absolutely did a great job accommodating my 24' long x 10'9" tall Class-C motorhome (Ford E-350). Got the oil/filter changed in 20 minutes for under $100 and it was a fantastic experience. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to other small Class-C rigs *under* 11' tall.

I moved to Bend, Oregon 15 years ago, and had nothing but horrible experiences at their Jiffy Lube. Even their newest location was terrible. I recently had to make an unexpected trip to Portland because my father passed. Desperately needed an oil change before heading back over the pass. So I begrudgingly came to this location. And I am SO glad I did. Blaine and Damian went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive back over the pass. Words cant express how much that meant to me. Thank you for not only restoring my faith in Jiffy Lube, but in humanity as well.

Update: I gave them another try, and I'm happy I did because James, the manager, Johnny, and Reese did an outstanding job on flushing my radiator, oil change, and AC. Thank you all. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 The district manager provided the crew/customers with lunch. This is a wonderful way to show the crew that they are valued, so keep it up, and I will keep my business with this location. I went here today again because I needed an oil change to travel for a death in the family, but the experience was one that could have been avoided, had the employee listened. I have friends who have worked for Jiffy lube and know the process of an oil change. So, please, in the future, listen to the customer's needs!

I stopped here while on my long road trip. I did all the maintenance I could for my car before I left, except for a coolant flush/change. A little more peace of mind while on my long journey. These guys were able to get me in & out. The team was friendly, and they got me back out in a timely fashion. I recommend this location 🛸

I JUST took my van here and I’m not gonna lie… ya gurl is financially struggling a little. When I heard the oil change price I knew I couldn’t afford it. The two guys who helped me out checked my oil to see if my situation was desperate. I just bought the van used last week and I don’t know how the heck to check that stuff. They were honest with me about the condition of my oil, offered me a coupon, and weren’t judgmental. They were so so soooo nice to me! Please give them a raise or kudos or a gift card, however you reward excellent customer service. I’m absolutely coming back to this location when I need oil services. I wish I got their names! Two guys, young, very sweet, within the last forty mins on Saturday 10/11 ❤️🤘 thanks gents

Not only are Austin (manager) and his team proficient with their work, but I have had some of the best helpful wholesome human to human interactions with this Jiffy Lube team. I will not go anywhere else for my oil changes. And if you are upper management reading this... please give them a raise! Employees like these are far and few between!
