Took my car in to Gerber see if a small blemish could be buffed out. Manager took car back into shop and 10 min later brought it back out with discoloration buffed out and it looks new again. Didn’t charge me anything. Super friendly staff. Great service. Thanks !

Gerber and the Team knocked it out of the Ball Park. My car was in during the pandemic. I was impressed how seamless the process was. Starting with the receptionist and all they way thru the process. These are unprecedented times and we are are learning how to do these processes with social distancing and all the sanitizing processes. I absolutely love the text updates. My vehicle was done in half the time they quoted. And done right the first time. I want to thank Johnny for taking care of all the details and being pleasant to deal with. I have dealt with other body shops and they were horrid and getting back to you or keeping you updated with the the process. I will defiantly will refer all my friends and family to Gerber and Johnny. Keep up the great work.

My experience with Gerber Collision has been extremely disappointing. After leaving my car with them for 67 days, I received it back with the explanation that they had ordered the wrong part, so the one part couldn't be repaired. While I can understand this mistake, the condition of my car upon return was unacceptable. The bumper had scratches, there was a new dent on the upper part, the bumper was improperly installed leaving a gap, and there was red paint on my silver car. Initially, they assured me that all issues would be resolved once the correct part arrived, so I waited patiently. During the first few weeks, I called regularly to check on the part's arrival, and they promised to check weekly and update me. However, nearly 6 weeks passed without any contact, and when I called, I found out that no one had been following up on my case. I had to explain the situation from the beginning, and for the past two weeks, I've been following up myself. Frustratingly, the information I receive changes depending on who answers the phone. One week, I'm told the part will arrive soon, and the next week, there's no ETA for the part. The inconsistency in communication is very frustrating. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I hope their customer service improves.

Jeff was my point of contact throughout and he kept me updated during the whole process. They provided updates on estimated time of completion through text. They worked hard to have my car done even before their estimation. The car was finished before their estimated time of completion. However, I had needed to go out of town, and they were super flexible and helpful with accommodating me With my scheduling needs. Very nice and lifetime warranty on their work. Couldn’t be better.

Brad was incredibly helpful, he got me scheduled quickly and even provided a direct number for my insurance glass claim, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They did a great job on my Honda CRV. The pics are evident proof. They were able to accommodate my car within a week, kept me updated on the progress and the car was fixed and made available almost a week earlier than promised. The estimates changed along the way but they were able to work with the insurance directly on the increased estimate. I would have appreciated some information on what changed for the estimate to increase. But apart from that, no complaints. The car was also cleaned and vacuumed prior to delivery

The manager came out to meet me and said he thought they could easily take care of my problem at least a temporary fix or it may last longer Within 15 minutes back to me. I was so thrilled with their service and their willingness to look at my car at that time. There was no charge for this fix, I was surprised and grateful.
