I have nothing but positive things to say about Green Drop. I purchased a 1997 Tacoma recently and noticed the AC was not blowing cold. Another mechanic told me I needed to replace the entire system, which would have cost me over 2k. I came to Green Drop for a second opinion and they were kind and transparent from the start. They performed an inspection on not just the AC system, but the entire vehicle. They documented everything, and went over their findings with me, with clear notes and photographs detailing the concerns they found. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me on anything my vehicle did not need, they were realistic and straightforward about what I should prioritize and what things could wait. In the end, my AC was repaired quickly, and they were careful to fix only what was necessary, and not the whole system. Jonathan was my point of contact throughout and he was so communicative, kind, and reassuring. These guys are great, I highly recommend!

Got me in within an hour even though they were slammed! My headlights both went out and I had to drive myself and a friend clear across town at night; both elders, long planned event, friend doesn’t drive….they did some on the spot trouble shooting and fixed it! For that I joined the EV monthly plan and also ordered a new set of tires and a rear windshield wiper. The wiper didn’t get properly attached so I went to a closer location on the weekend and the wonderful young man figured it right out and fixed it! I’m sold!

Regularly advised me and sold me services ahead of schedule. Replaced parts with parts that did not fit (wiper blades). Overall not worth the small marginal savings compared to going to the dealership. Photo js of the 16” wiper blades that was replaced and installed on my rear wiper. 2021 Subaru Forester rear wipers are 14”. That’s what you can expect from this place. Great work fellas! Typical Portland crap.

Just before meeting my daughter for a holiday weekend in Portland (we were both coming from about 4 hours away) she informed me of a problem with her car. I chose green drop because of their reputation and scheduled an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving for them to provide an oil change and diagnosis is any/all safety issues. Despite their best efforts to get it all done by end of business Friday it wasn’t quite ready but green drop made it good and got the missing part for the 20 year old Toyota delivered and installed first thing Tuesday morning. Was very satisfied with their efforts and professionalism.

I took my fiat 500 here since the engine light was on. I called first since a lot of places don’t work with fiats and I’m glad they could help. They did an incredibly thorough diagnostic with all the estimates and emailed it to me. As long as I’ve had my car it’s gotten a few repairs and I’ve never had that done, only the problems I’ve mentioned were fixed, MAYBE. I chosen to due a few repairs at the time and come back and they finished my car quickly. The service advisor Johnathan also gave me advice since it was lot of repair for my car.
