My wife and I stopped in initially to have a flat fixed, Mark came out as soon as we pulled in and greeted us I told him I needed a flat fixed ,he quoted a price and I told him they quoted a bit cheaper a few blocks down he was very polite and said he understood and if he could help us in the future to please come back. We went to the other tire store and were treated rudely after waiting 15 minuets. Got back in the truck went back to see Mark and told him that I would be happy to pay his price because of his great service and attitude. Three days later we traded our truck in and the new (to us) vehicle had studded tires so we went back and mark helped us pick the best tires and price for our needs. The service was fast and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone for any service they offer.

I have been coming to Mark's for a long time. Mark is very honest and that goes a long way in automotive industry. I have never felt pressured or that Mark or his employees were trying to sell me something that I did not need. The prices are good, but I keep coming back because of the service and integrity.

Mark and his crew have exceeded my expectations on several occasions. I know I can count on their tire service and they will take care of any needs I have. I did not have money for new tires, and they had just what I needed at a price I could afford. Now I can drive my car confidently. At least three other people told Mark what great service they had gotten from him in the past in the short time that I was waiting for my car to be taken care of. If I could rate this is six stars I would. I really really appreciate what Mark has done for me several times.

I work down the street and have brought my Impala here for all kinds of problems over the years. Front end work, tire replacement, wheel bearings, starter, tie rods. They have a good price on synthetic oil changes and their generic brand oil/filters are good quality. I feel like they're always truthful with what needs fixing and what can wait. The owner Mark is a really nice guy too, and his techs all seem hard-working and experienced. If I notice an issue, I'd trust these guys to take a look and let me know what the next step is. These guys are definitely honest and won't screw you on stuff you don't need. A real gem these days. Thanks, Mark and crew!

A friendly place to get your tires, Oil change, brakes, shocks/ struts, tires rotated, an more. Some things are not pricey,yet they have a fairly decent warranty system in place. Other than taking my car there for at least 3 years if not longer. My oldest sister used to take her car there. And Mark is still there and and they're willing to work with you to a certain point. They also have a thing called the ACIMA a kind of a credit you put so much down after they do the work and then you just pay monthly. I did that. It took me a little over a year. It helped with your credit or credit score or something like that. Anyways, I would recommend them

Mark and his team are wonderful, trustworthy folks! I'm a female and have had other shops attempt to take advantage of me over the years. Not these guys! They have never tried to upsell me on anything. They are honest, which is a true rarity in this crazy world. Carlos is a straight shooter (in a good way!) and is always friendly and accommodating. Top notch service. Fast service. Great prices. Nov-2023 Service Update: Still the same great quality and service as before. Always friendly and quick when in for a patch or rotation. Priced a new set of tires. Cheaper than Costco, Tire Rack or Walmart. Trust me. Stick with the locally owned small business for tires and brakes.

I started going to this shop a few years ago when I moved to the area. Top notch service, no hassle. I bought new tires for my cars maybe 8 months ago, great price and service. Today I discovered a nail in my tire and was able to get it to the shop safely just before they closed. One of the techs, I didn't get his name, promptly greeted me and asked the issue. Immediately went to work on it and it was fixed within 10 minutes. He must have known I got the tires there (idk how), so no issues with the warranty, just fixed it, no charge and off I went. I highly recommend this shop for any of the services they provide.

Carlos is THE MAN. He had my new wheel and tire on my car in minutes and at an AMAZING deal. I called another tire shop and they quoted me TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. I got it taken care of for $225 at Mark's. Do yourself a favor and use this shop for your tire needs. He even gave me a jump start on the house. Love this guy!! Remember not Gil's, go to Mark's!!
