This was the easiest, most pleasant car repair experience I've ever had! I made an appointment on line on a Saturday. Got an email response right away saying they received it and someone would be in touch soon. I knew they were closed over the weekend so I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. Got an email Monday morning confirming my appointment and my desired time. I went to the Fremont location as it was fairly close to work. Shanon was friendly with a smile in her voice when she called to let me know what needed to be fixed and how much it would be. My car was done the same day and the cost was reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend Bradshaw's!

I had used Bradshaw's Auto in the past and was always very pleased with their service, but due to a variety of reasons (none of which were attributed to their performance), I had not used them in years. I recently experienced issues with my windshield wipers and the check engine light had come on. I'm so glad that I have gone back to using them. They were very professional i.e. called before performing any repairs, explained exactly what was needed, and they were finished with my vehicle before the expected time. I highly recommend Bradshaw's Auto!

For over 20 years I had the pleasure of working with the same mechanic. When he passed away, I was at a loss but Bradshaw's has been wonderful to deal with since his passing. My car is 15 years old so I'm replacing original equipment and that's expensive - Yikes! Bradshaw's has provided excellent service at reasonable prices. I plan to continue using their services in the coming years. Thanks to Steve and staff!

I took my (very noisy) car to Bradshaw’s to have it checked out, the staff was SUPER helpful, carefully explained what the issue was and exactly how they would fix it. They were reasonably priced, even $130 less than the last mechanic quoted! I had my car back and running smoothly(and no more noises) within 24 hours! Highly recommended, this is the only place I will take my vehicles in the future.

From beginning to end I felt confident in Bradshaws. - Knowledgeable office manager understood my concerns, and the "history lesson" I gave her about my AC system woes. - When speaking to Steve, he was professional and explained findings clearly and didn't try to sell me on a trans service I didn't need yet. - Cost was very reasonable. Was less than another shop in the area that did the same service last year and yet "couldn't find any issues". Bradshaws found an issue this time, replaced two parts and it was still less than this other shop. - No extra nonsense. I really don't need to be told my 135k mile truck has (suprise) lots of stuff that could be done if you look hard enough. - Quick. Done nearly on the dot of their estimated completion time, which was very quick. Having a great experience at a shop should not be so rare, but it is. Had a great experience here, so, I will be back.

I highly recommend this shop for any and all work. I recently had the displeasure of doing business with a different local shop and after faulty repairs and negative interactions with them, I stumbled upon Bradshaws. I brought my vehicle in for some substantial repairs as a first-time customer. That same day I received news that my father had passed away and I needed to drive an extended distance to make arrangements for his service. I called Bradshaws to explain my situation and asked how long the repairs might take. They put a rush on the work and had it ready the very next day for me despite me being a new customer. I knew right then and there this was a caring establishment that I could trust. They have been forthright and trustworthy with me consistently, even telling me that certain repairs were not needed that I thought were needed. They are an honest establishment and are not trying to scam their customers out of money. As long as I am in the Portland area, I will only take my vehicle here and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the excellent and reputable service, Bradshaws!

Wanted to be sure to read all reviews before sharing my experience and found most reviews are a year or older. This should have been my first clue. Nor did I want to emotionally charged in my review. I WILL NOT be a repeat customer nor will I recommend this establishment. Bradshaws came highly recommended for my mechanical issue. I brought my truck in to have my a/c compressor pulley and clutch replaced. Bradshaws confirmed my mechanical issue and replaced said part only to have the new part make a worse noise than having the bad part on. I had the issue verified by two (2) senior mechanics and found the part to be defective. I asked Bradshaws to take another look at my vehicle and they did. Bradshaw recommended I replace my a/c compressor which was another out of pocket cost that I wasnt able to endure at the time. When I went to pick up my vehicle Shannon look right at me and said sorry I was only able to warranty the labor of my defective pully/clutch claim. Only solution was to spend another k. No other options given. If Bradshaw was able to provide a few options, they might have had a repeat customer. Only saving grace from one star to a two star is that Shannon gave me a 5% discount for being active duty military. Sorry Bradshaws, I'm still looking for that mechanic shop who gives options other than only one option. CIAO!

I've been going to Bradshaws on Fremont for years now, and I am super lucky that they're in my neighborhood. They're always effective, their prices are reasonable, and they do an immaculate job at scheduling and repair/maintenance timeline. Special shout-out to Shannon at the front desk for always being a total joy! Apr 2025 update: I've been going to Bradshaw on Fremont for a few years plus some now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They treat me honestly, they're always very nice and professional, and they take *great* care of my car. Just got her back from a service and she's running like a new car. :D It can be hard to find a shop that hits all the marks - efficient, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonably priced - so when you find one like Bradshaw's, you'd better keep it.

My battery died on me and I got a jump but then was desperately driving from shop to shop looking for someone who could replace it within a reasonable time frame (it was a tricky job because of how my battery was situated in there). I drove around to multiple shops, including Les Schwab, and the wait times were crazy everywhere. Finally got to Bradshaw's and they seemed kinda busy but said they could get me in and out quickly. They seemed like conservative folks with a small-town vibe (American flags, country music, etc.) but were SUPER accommodating and kind, even though I'm visibly weird. They took care of my battery very quickly, while I sat at the dive bar next door (Korner Pocket, also highly recommend) and worked on my laptop. I will probably start taking all my cars to Bradshaw's now, for all services. Shanon, you're awesome!

I started going to Bradshaw's with our early 2000 Subarus after my last mechanic retired. They've worked on everything from our air conditioning to struts and suspension to basic oil changes. All the work we've had done has been thorough and fairly priced. Besides the good work, every time I go in it feels like I'm dealing with long time family friends -- to the point they'll tell you when you don't need something done or refer you out to someone else when they can't take it on...like a manual transmission rebuild. There are some other highly recommended Subaru shops closer in on the east side. I stopped in to a few to talk about a repair and get estimates before picking Bradshaws. Shannon and the team at Bradshaws won by a mile.

I had been going to Bradshaws for years. Their work was always good and the prices reasonable. Then I asked them for an estimate to change the spark plugs, plug boots, and spark coils on my Ford E-250. While the labor charge was reasonable, the price they wanted for parts was roughly 3x retail from O'Reilly or other big box, and about 7x the cost from Rock Auto or similar. I know they mark up parts prices, But over $1400 for a set of spark plugs, rubber boots, and coils is ludicrous. When I asked them to clarify if a mistake had been made, I received no reply. So now I get to find another mechanic.

I came in today for a headlight restoration. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. She got me in right away. The tech Michael who did the headlights was a big help, and did a great job. The headlights look amazing, and even got me on my way quickly. I personally will be taking my car back for work I need done. I brought my wife’s car in for a transmission service, oil change, and inspection. The customer service was great from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and transparent about everything. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics. Pricing was very reasonable.
