I called last minute on a Friday with an emergency wheel situation. These guys got me in same day and were able to fix my wheel within an hour. I was able to sit in the waiting room and they came and updated me along the way. Their customer service is top notch, very nice and welcoming! I came in with what I thought was a complex issue after being told elsewhere that my rim couldn’t be fixed and I would have to come out over $1000 for a new one, and Wheel Doctor put me at ease with their direct knowledge of rims and turns out it was a simple fix that they could do right away. I can’t thank them enough and will be back for any future needs.

Thank you Wheel Doctor. These guys were amazing! This was my first time powder coating my wheels and I couldnt have had a better experience. Rob and Lauren are very friendly people and they went above and beyond for me every step of the way. I dropped my car off Monday evening and not even 24 hours later I got the call that it was done. And when I picked up everything looked flawless. I promise you will find the quality service you are looking for here. I am very glad I chose wheel doctor. Thank you Rob, Lauren and the whole team.

Just got a new car and immediately curbed my wheel. Wheel doctor fixed it and it looks like the wheel was never damaged. I'm very happy about it.

Honestly, Mo is a magician. Long story short a rouge UPS driver sent my S4 into the curb and my wheels were so deeply gouged and chipped I thought I'd have to buy a new set. But then Mo and team erased any evidence it even happened! They fixed the gouges, chips, un-bent my rim, corrected the color, and even fixed the sensor. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my brand new car and brought it in to get my wheels customized. Had the worst experience. Paint started chipping off wheels. Called them and they said they would fix it, so I dropped the car off. They took their time and said it would only take a couple hours but ended up taking 3 days. And even after 3 days the paint on the wheels had cracks in it. I went back and the owner called the cops on me telling me that they don’t want be on the property anymore. I went to another wheel repair place in Portland and they laughed and were surprised at the kind of quality/customer service that I had received. Do not go to wheel doctor for any type of service, you will only loose TIME AND MONEY. And Also when I brought it to the shop they scratched my rear bumbper !! Would not recommend this shop to anybody!!!!! I wrote this review a year ago & I think the owner somehow paid to take my review off because I’ve searched and I can’t find my review! I will keep writing until I get my money back & if I see my review taken off one more time, I’m taking this to the authorities!

Ok, I can't stand leaving reviews, but this place honestly deserves one! Old school honesty and really, really nice people. Came in they took care of me last minute, when I left (in a rush) I realized still something still seemed a little off, overall, had some more work done closer to my home on the wheel due to leaving for a business trip and the Wheel Doctor actually refunded my money from my visit to their shop. I mean they truly made the effort to fix things, and I if I had more time or made an appointment with them, all would most likely had turned out perfect. They refunded my total bill even when I offered to pay inspection and wheel balancing. They simply refunded my money, with no hassle at all. This is honest, old school values. I will never hesitate to refer this shop. It is great to find a business that is honest, solid and really seems to care about their work and their customers!!!!!! Don't rush them like I did, fixing wheels takes time, they know what they are doing.

Let me just say that I went to this place based on the reviews, how I was treated during the online estimate and over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Fernando who made me feel totally welcome and at home. We looked at my vehicle and he said “No problem Nick. We will fix you up and have you out of here!”. The waiting room is comfortable like a living room. The staff kept coming by and checking on me. I had a great experience. Now for the service....I curbed my Buick Regal’s beautiful wheels at 55 mph. I was devastated. I can’t drive my car looking wack like that!!!! When Fernando took me out to see the car I was blown away!!!! They do beautiful work!!! Looks as good as new!!!! I am glad I trusted the reviews!!!! The proof is right here!

My first experience at Wheel Doctor and it was an absolute great experience. The owner worked with me during lunch time and took the time to work up a fair quote and suggested different options that were better than we had originally discussed. Once it came time to schedule the work he gave me options even when I had to re-schedule multiple times. He continued to work with me. The end result was amazing and was a surprise for my son where updating some stock rims with curb rash to a premium look. Within 2 days of driving around, we had over 5 offers on that car. Thanks Mo!

OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES!!! I received an outrageous quote to repair my Tesla induction wheel , just ONE wheel, for curb rash that is minimal rash around the rim. You can nearly buy a brand new wheel for this price. I am shocked how this company get so much good reviews, unless people just don't mind spend $550 per wheel. To me it's too expensive. So I called Tesla service center in Portland, and they recommended me to go with a company in Vancouver, WA, called Wheel Kraft NW. I called them up and they sent a mobile tech with a large van out to my location to fix my wheel for $175. A lot cheaper.

Wanted to start the review on a positive note, Lauren was very friendly and sounded eager to get my wheel fixed Dropped my wheel off on August 28th, didn’t get it back until October 4th. When I dropped it off, (to my face) they claimed they would have a guy mix up a paint to match the red for the damaged lip. Clearly that never happened. I was also surprised to see they didn’t touch the damaged face. When I told them I wanted the wheel fixed, I didn’t realize I also needed to specify that too. (Photos are after/before, after is the wheel in the trunk) Communication was non-existent unless I initiated it, which was 3 calls and 1 email. Every time I was told “should be done by the end of the week”. End of the week would happen, never got a call so I’d call the next business day. Now they did say they had multiple issues as to why it was delayed. First it was insurance kicked them out of the shop for 2 weeks. Sure stuff happens, BUT I had talked with someone over the phone during that time period…. And they answered from the shop. Then it was they had a break in, then their machinery was broken. Again, I totally understand life strikes and things happen beyond anyone’s control. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for a long time. I get it. But never once did I ever get a “hey sorry for the delay but _____ happened”. I had to call and find out. Regarding the paint-less lip, if they had said “Hey we couldn’t get a good color match”, that would have been better than nothing. Multiple people have told me I should be asking for a refund, that the work is half-assed, and it’s not even finished. I was told from the beginning the wheel would not be to 100%, I knew that before walking in. However I didn’t expect to be handed my wheel with only the lip repaired, with no paint and the face is still damaged. I didn’t say anything, just wanted my wheel out because I was losing trust, and didn’t want to get told some other excuse. I clearly now have to put in more work and money to restore it. Sadly I cannot recommend this place.

With an urgent need for major rim repair on my brand new Tesla, Shadi from Wheel Doctor came to the rescue! Not only were repairs completed swiftly and with excellent craftsmanship, but going above and beyond all expectations...even with a loaner car! I had mentioned I wanted to get in asap for window tinting. What a surprise when I showed up later that night to brand new looking rims and tinted windows. Impressed by their commitment to delivering superior results in record time; you can trust that any of your needs or problems will be quickly taken care of with a perfect finish

Took my i8 in to have the wheels repaired after some significant curb rash. They spotted some other imperfections on the car and restored it all to near perfection in 2 days. Super capable team and top notch service. Highly recommended.

Did a great job refinishing my Vossen’s to satin black and mounted new tires. Easy to work with and were able to accommodate my tricky schedule. They even lent me some lug nuts when I didn’t realize my wheels required a different size. Highly recommend for all your wheel/tire needs.

I was trying to help a customer out with a tire replacement but wheel was cracked on her 2015 Mercedes. She sent it to them, they said they could have it fixed same day, couldn't. Told her she needed to buy a brand new tire from them to test their repair, (they have tires in the shop), likely for more profit. They gave her a loaner wheel and tire which was considerate, but the tire was badly worn on the inside. (Unprofessional, potential hazard) Charged her $600+ to fix a stock wheel. Priced the wheel online, brand new $300

I had some crash bars for a motorcycle repainted white. There were some spots that didn’t get completely painted and there were missing parts that they said they’d look into finding for me. After a few weeks I haven’t heard anything. They are super nice people and the crash bars might be a new thing for them. I’m simply not happy with the overall work product and the lack of follow through on locating the parts they lost. Luckily I was able to get the parts replaced by the manufacturer.

Was quoted $500+ for a 1 small curb rash. While NW wheel repair quoted me $175 for the same job and he’s mobile. Lauren really wanted to sell me her service but she should understand that a wheel repair shouldn’t be that serious and expensive, especially on a wheel that costs $300 brand new. Would be very understandable if the wheel was priced new at $10,000 new. A repair should cost a fraction of the price of new.

Not quite sure what words I can use that are respectful to describe the value returned by spending at least 50% more then I would have at any competing shop, and specifically choosing to do business “locally”. I am leaving this review after already taking my wheels back a second time, and giving this shop every opportunity to fix their workmanship and regain my trust. I set very clearly set expectations and paid their full initial estimated price of $2,600 without any haggling or negotiation. $3,500 later, here’s why I’ll take my business to Clackamas or Vancouver in the future: The “new” assembly hardware they installed came loose on my first drive, and I returned the vehicle to the shop immediately. After showing the owner the issue, i was told the car would be ready the next day. Upon following up the next day I was criticized for how I handled the wheels putting them in my car, the fact that the wheels were dirty from having driven them, and the owner reassured me that the shop’s processes are without error but that he would “make it right”. After expressing very direct concern about the quality of work I received for the amount of money I was charged, after sharing the fact I have poor eyesight, and did not initially notice obvious flaws in the workmanship, the owner responded: “I don’t want to be your local shop, and I don’t want to do your next set of wheels”. The owner of the shop kept my wheels for 10 days, which was the time he estimated it would take to completely redo the work. I let him know that I simply wanted him to find out why the hardware came loose and he insisted that the wheels were already being refinished. After receiving the wheels back a second time, I found the new hardware to be replaced with the old hardware which had not been cleaned and had old thread locker on all the bolts, far beyond the fastened section, showing improper installation. Much of the original BBS hardware had damage from sloppy tool handling. The centers were not oriented correctly with the valve stems upon reassembly causing me to have to dismantle them again. Worst: the centers and barrels were entirely coated without masking the mounting surfaces so the wheel centers were fused to the barrels. $2,600 for nothing + 2 hours to disassemble + 4 hours to review issues with three professionals + $800 to strip + coat again + $100 in hardware refinishing materials + 4 hours to properly restore original hardware + 1 hour to reassemble = $3,500 and over 10 hours to DIY when true professionals charge $1,500. Business is not competition, business is value exchange. Customers are partners, not competitors.
