★★★★★ Cascade did some work on my Subaru WRX for Cascade Motors before I purchased the car at the end of last year. At the time of purchase they weren't open to the public yet for service and I wanted to have some upgrades done to the car so I scheduled with another shop that was closer to home. Unfortunately the shop I took it to blew the motor due to negligence. I called Cascade and they were more than happy to help me sort everything out and get my new baby back on the road ASAP. I cannot thank Cascade enough! They got the engine swapped in a very timely manner considering how labor intensive it was, and they worked with the tuner and coordinated everything for me. I received updates throughout the whole process and they were always quick and patient to answer my questions and were very kind. The shop that blew the engine quoted me 6k more then what Cascade charged, and Cascade isn't the one that caused the damage. Again, not enough words for the quality of service that they provide, not to mention their very reasonable pricing. I will continue using them for all of my future work, they are worth the hour drive from my house 100%! Really good people that are in the business of doing what makes them happy without milking their customers for every penny they can get out of it. You guys seriously took the worst experience for me and turned it around into a positive which is a huge deal considering the gravity of the situation. You guys are amazing, thank you again!
