I called close to their closing time with a tire leaking air to see what their cut off time was. The guy I spoke to said if I got there by 6pm, they’d fix it. I got there at 5:50pm, they pulled a small screw from my tire, patched it up, and sent me on my way with no charge. Pretty awesome, thank you guys! Wonderful service and I really appreciate them squeezing me in before closing. Highly recommend !

I discovered I my tire was almost out of air so I pulled into the Les Schwab tire center and wand received great customer service. I ended up having to replace the tire and it took about 30 minutes and that included figuring out what was wrong with it. The woman behind the service counter was extremely good and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also handled some extremely challenging and difficult customers with courtesy and extreme patience.

Double check your tire pressures before leaving this place. They inflated one of my tires all the way to 55psi! Then didn’t put the valve cap back on. The front desk staff are very nice and I’ll come back again, but somebody needs to pay more attention to detail, especially when I’m waiting for hours for the work to get done.

Came there because I got a flat tire they said no problem we’ll patch it wasted an hour of my time waiting while my car was on the lift. They said I could not drive home. I need to immediately replace all tires and they cannot patch my tire terrible Job tried to scam me to buy new tires went to the shop down the street the next day they patched my tire no problem for 20 bucks scammers

Love this location! After going to another Les Schwab location and being given a wait time of 2+hrs... I came to this location and was met at my car by staff, then given a wait time of 45mins. After 5 minutes of getting a coffee and sitting down, my car is already being worked on. The service is great, the staff is polite and hustle. And I'm happy knowing my tire is getting fixed!

I don’t understand why anyone would ever buy their tires anywhere else. The guy at the Division and 167th location are tremendous! Today when I got in my car to head to work I had a low tire and started to panic as my work doesn’t allow for any lateness regardless of the reason. So I zipped to Les Schwab and asked for help. They were so kind and ridiculously fast I was back out and on my way in under 20 minutes. I wish I had gotten my hero’s names but bless them all for what they do for us.

These guys were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in a big rush when I stopped in to have the air in my tires checked, and air added, if needed. They did everything, and had me ready to go in under 10 minutes. And, they didn't charge me. They were just so professional! When im ready to purchase new tires, I will absolutely be buying them here!
