I had a challenging experience at Subaru collision center. My car was repaired satisfactorily and on a good timeline, but it felt bumpy along the way. Every time I walked in the front door it took a while to be seen and it was unclear whether I would be helped at all. I was never greeted and they seemed extremely understaffed. Went to pick up the vehicle. They hadn't bothered to reach out to the insurance company to complete the payment and I had to do so myself on a tight schedule when I came to pick it up. The Subaru dealer and service center nearby has always been extremely helpful. They offer warm greetings and customer service when you arrive. However, this satellite location feels a little bit more like a shell outsourcing, some of Subarus auto body work.

These folks were so friendly, informative, transparent, and helpful. They provided a quote with a very clear breakdown of the repair to my side mirror. The repair was more on the expensive side, which is expected of a dealership, but I could trust that they would do a timely and thorough job. This was my first time navigating car repairs and they helped the process run smoothly after I had a hard time with a different auto body shop. A huge thank you to Cassie, Vivienne, and Ossiris! You folks were so welcoming and helpful. The car looks great!

I had a great experience with Subaru of Portland Collision Center. I was rear ended and needed body work as well as electronic work done on my car. I was able to get my car in for an estimate within days of contacting them. Tina was wonderful to work with and did a great job of explaining how insurance was going to work and what the whole repair process would look like. Her estimation for how long the repairs would take was pretty accurate. She gave me periodic updates about where things were at and was always reachable and kind when I called with questions. It was my first time in a car accident, so navigating repairs was daunting. Tina and her team took great care of me! I'll definitely find myself back at Subaru of Portland Collision Center if I need repairs in the future.
