Every interaction I had with Entler's was informative and pleasant. Dan and the team were professional, friendly, fast, and most importantly, they fixed all the issues I was having. After searching for a mechanic that services Fiats and being turned away or ignored by multiple other shops for previous issues, I can't recommend Entler's enough. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Our family has known the Entler family since the 1980s. Throughout the decades this family and affiliates have been a solid and long lasting gem in the City of Roses. They have built solid and vast relationships in both their operations of Radio Cab and Entler Auto Repair. One of the finest decisions this family made was the addition of Dan years ago, a talented mechanical engineer to lead the teams of Entler Auto repair. Dan himself has taken care of my personal vehicle, our fleet vehicles and even fleets of affiliate companies I've worked for. I'd never choose anyone else. Their team's policy is solid repair and trust building. So hard working, and they work through their faithful clients year by year. Take my advice and do not use this shop! They are $120 an hour and treat woman like incompetent people. This company was recommended by a reliable source and so I used them to replace my own transmission. I know very little about these repairs but my car was basically running the same afterwards, I did supply my own transmission from B&R Auto. I was under the impression from the quote that they would at least let me know if it was a good transmission when the job was finish and or they would let me know what the problem may be. Dan the manager, was extremely rude and degrading to me when I asked him if he could run the codes and let me know where the problem might be coming from. I paid $800 to trade out the transmission which was fair but the service and care for people who don’t know cars is terrible.

I cannot think of a more honest and dedicated mechanic shop. These guys truly care about doing the job efficiently as well as not charging you the $100 an hour that any major dealer will charge you for repair. These guys will make SURE they get the right parts too. They are not just throwing some junky part in your car, they are throwing in a factory part even if they have to order it in. I have been coming here for over 6 years now with any issues I have ever had without any issues. They will give you honest work every day of the week which is hard to find in mechanic shops these days. Dan is one of the best mechanics around, and he is not going to gouge you for your money. You can thank me later when you need a water pump replaced and you aren't charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for replacement and repair, and then get your car back same day if not, the following morning.

This shop was phenomenal and highly competitive in prices. They got me in before a work trip out of town, I had bad motor and transmission mounts. These guys were so kind, fast and professional. The prices here, yeah, absolutely incredible compared to every other shop in town. Take your car here, they do quality affordable work!

I was so greatly appreciative of Entler’s Auto Repair during my four years of living in Portland. From 2018 onward, I regularly had them check out my 2003 Explorer and it was the first time where I went years without mechanical failures on the road somewhere, because of how good they were with their diagnostics! I previously lived in Seattle, and despite regular check ups every few months, there was always some horrible situation every one to two years where my car would need to be towed due to a mechanical problem so I was amazed at how I never had a single problem during my time in Portland. I never felt ripped off and I miss places like this as I have since moved and I could tell how thorough everyone at the shop was about making sure my car was in good condition to drive without an issue. I drove the car down to San Diego and back twice without any issues, and I have since moved to Quebec and my car never had a problem the entire trip during the move. Absolutely recommended!

If I could give six stars, I would! These guys are so kind, efficient, and professional. The prices are more than reasonable, too, and I wasn't charged for any unnecessary repairs or anything. Dan is also a delight to talk to and clearly knows his stuff: I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Entler's is the best. Dan is professional, friendly and runs the best auto repair shop I've ever used. I just had Entler's fix the power steering on my 2007 Ford Focus. It had been growling and functioning intermittently. It is now quiet and functions perfectly. The price was great and the service was better. Entler's is awesome. I feel so good driving away from there, I almost want my car to have another issue so I can go back. It's that good of an experience.

Entler’s Automotive is the most honest, fair, efficient and affordable auto repair shop around. This is the only place I trust to work on my '97 Toyota Tacoma and they’ve done everything from major engine fixes to regular oil changes to small gasket replacements (which they did for free). It’s always tough to find a quality mechanic you can trust - so I’ve found one for you. Dan is the man! Go with Entler’s all the way.

I have been a customer of Entler's Auto Repair for at least 15 yrs or more. Dan, the owner, is personable, friendly, trustworthy and does not talk down to me as a woman who knows very little about car mechanics. I have always been able to get my car in and out quickly ,even with emergency repairs. Plus, I work with animals and he loves dogs! We always talk about his Labs, which I enjoy much more than car talk. Thank you Dan! You are one in a million !
