Great customer service and great work! I called my dealership to inquire as to whether they do collision-repair body work and was referred to Active Auto Body. As if the endorsement by my specialty-dealership weren't enough, I arrived to find a number of luxury automobiles from different makers, domestic and foreign, which were being serviced there. The staff was great, explained the entire process and were true to their word regarding time-frames for the repair and what to expect. I stopped in to pick something up out of my car mid-repair and observed the technicians hard at work and taking great care with my vehicle. The shop never cut corners and was firm but fair with my insurance company as to which repairs needed to be done and with what type of materials. The finished product was perfect in every way and months later, I'm really pleased with the work. I would definitely take my repairs there in the future.

Rich and his team got my BMW M2 back to perfect condition after the front bumper was damaged from road debris. Not only that but the team was extremely easy to communicate with and Rich was always willing to put my mind at ease. They took care of my car like it was their own and they were happy to work with me to replace an OEM part with an upgrade “while we were in there.” I trust them completely; the entire experience was extremely positive!

I was referred to Active Auto Body by my BMW dealer and I could not have been more pleased. Not only were they very easy to deal with, they were respectful of my time and did an excellent job at repairing the vehicle to better than pre-loss condition. The paint match was simply perfect. Rich called me when the parts were in and all I had to do was drop the vehicle off for a few hours and I was out the door. Convenience, service, quality and value are the obvious cornerstones of this shop!

Rich helped me out at the very last minute when a too-tall curb pulled the front bumper off my car a few weeks back. He had it looking like new in under 2 hours and even adjusted the sheet metal around my engine where it was wonky from a repair that had been done before I purchased the car. As if getting the bumper back on and straightening stuff out to the point that there was no more annoying rattling coming from around my hood(!) he also washed the car and replaced a couple of bulbs plus touched up a couple of dings in my paint all for a great deal lower than anyone else was asking and waaay quicker than it would have been elsewhere. Look this place up if you need some fantastic service. Rich had a kind demeanor and made a very professional and friendly impression.

Amber, Rich, and the rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic! A couple of months back, we encountered an unfortunate accident with our volvo, and decided to let our insurance handle it by taking us to a place called Kuni in Beaverton. To cut a long story short, after waiting for three weeks, we discovered that Kuni had left our vehicle untouched and hadn't even provided an estimate to our insurance company. What a complete waste of time! Taking matters into my own hands, I retrieved my vehicle and sought out a new, reliable body shop to restore it. I am thrilled to have come across Active Body Shop! From my very first conversation with Amber, she showed not only empathy but also a willingness to accommodate my needs promptly. Throughout the repair process, Rich and Amber kept me informed with regular updates, for which I am truly grateful. As someone who recently relocated to Oregon, I understand the challenges of starting afresh and discovering new go-to places. It was a bit of a challenge, but I am relieved with how things turned out, as I have now found my preferred body shop! Thank you once again, guys! Great experience with Active Auto Body, particularly with Rich. Rich is very professional, and really look out for customer’s best interest. The car is fixed just like brand new and beyond my expectation. The whole service is totally hassle-free. Rich communicated with insurance adjuster and I did not need to do anything. After the repair, I realized there seems a small molding part missing. Rich immediately ordered a new one. Took my Audi in after a FedEx truck hit it, on a recommendation from an acquaintance that's been in the industry for decades. Fantastic service. I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for Raychel and the staff at Active Auto Body. I didn’t realize I didn’t have rental car coverage until I got in an accident and wasn’t sure what I would do while my car was being fixed. A coworker recommended this shop because they provide loaner vehicles. So for the last 2 months, I’ve been zooming around town in a cute little Mini Cooper courtesy of the shop while my car was being repaired. Also, they were able to get me OEM parts for my car and knew how to work with my insurance company. I highly recommend and will never use another body shop.

I can’t say enough good things about Active Auto Body, especially Raychel and Amber. I totaled my Mini Cooper and the whole insurance process was an absolute nightmare, but these two were the only saving grace in all of it. They checked in on me, texted updates, offered support they absolutely did *not* have to offer, and just genuinely cared. When everything else felt chaotic and stressful, they were like a light in the middle of all of it. From the moment I dropped it off, the team treated my Volvo like it was the crowned jewel of Sweden. We recently had our car egged, which caused significant damage to the paint. Because our vehicle has a matte finish, several body shops in town didn’t want to work on it. Only a few shops in the area are BMW-certified and able to handle Frozen paint repairs, and some of the others warned us that we’d likely be paying out of pocket for anything the insurance wouldn’t cover. When we called Active, Rich was upfront about their experience with Frozen paint and assured us that we wouldn’t pay anything beyond our deductible. Throughout the process, they did excellent work, communicated clearly, and set proper expectations. They were also proactive about working with the insurance company to get supplemental repairs approved and kept their promise to not push costs back on us. The entire team seems very personable, honest and experienced. The car turned out great. I really appreciated working with them and would highly recommend their shop.
