We can’t thank Scott and Cathy enough for their help with our truck at Absolute Auto Repair. After being quoted by another shop 19k to fix what was supposedly a blown head gasket, requiring a brand new motor, we decided to get a second opinion. Scott’s years of knowledge in the mechanic industry helped him to know to run a few more tests before considering the truck what would be a total loss. Turns out all that needed fixing was the radiator. A 19k quote from another shop had became 95% less expensive. We were so happy for his knowledge that we went ahead and had him do a full work-up on the truck to get it back to 100%. The truck now drives better and feels more safe. I recommend Absolute Auto Repair for ANYTHING you may need with your car in the future.

I live locally to Absolute and have used them since 2012. I find them to be a really good car repair shop where you take your vehicle to be repaired. The only thing that irritates me is the diagnostic charge which I find excessive. Other than that they are a good repair shop.

My jeep was acting funny, but I wasn't really sure what it was. Pulled into Absolute because it was the closest auto repair at the time and am so glad I did! They got me in, helped me diagnose, and even gave me a ride to a rental car place since I needed to leave my car overnight. Scott and his team were super kind, communicative, and went above and beyond...most importantly they were able to expertly and efficiently fix my issue and get me back on the road feeling safe and taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

Absolute Auto in Dover Fl was recommended to me by an O’Reillys auto store employee. He stated they had success troubleshooting and reprogramming the PCM or computer for the early 2000 Dodge grand caravans. Not from personal experience, but because many O’Reilly customers would come back and tell them that Absolute Auto in Dover Fl helped fix their issue. I spoke with a gentleman named Pablo and proceeded to trailer the van over there. They didn’t do anything without consulting me first. They explained exactly what they were gonna do, and if anything else was found as they conducted their work, they called me to inform me about it before proceeding. So that way, I was 100% informed of what they found and what was going on at that moment. They gave me a rough estimate of what the job and labor would cost to include parts with in reason so I had no worries or doubt of being taking advantage of. I did have to leave the vehicle there for a week, but it was no fault of theirs. When troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, you can fix one thing, but then another will pop up. The secondary issues sometimes get lost in translation because of the main primary issue or problem. That’s why I appreciate as I said before, every time an issue came up, Pablo would contact me immediately. I would recommend them again to anyone in the area as well as recommend others who live further away as myself.

They did a good job of repairing the oil leaks we had. The issue I had is when we pick the truck up and on our way home the oil pressure gauge was maxed out. Stop and called them and they said it was like that when we got brought it in and I know it was not like that. When I got it home looked at it and seen they did not plug the oil pressure sending unit back in no big deal plugged it back in and it’s working again just don’t lie to me and tell me it came in like that

My granddaughter had taken her car to another shop which didn’t identify the problems correctly and overcharged for what they did do. This place truly cares about the client and performs the tasks at hand knowing what they are doing. The last place I took my truck to would tell me that they Google'd how to address my trucks issues to be sure it's what it needed. That doesn't impart any confidence in what they are doing.
