Called to simply inquire about an issue I was having and pricing. within 30 seconds of the call The owner seemed like he didn’t have enough time to communicate with me And told me to stop talking and just bring it in and he will look at it. I was trying to describe my issue because it seems uncommon and I wanted to know if he had seen it before with his experience. Was very rude for a First time customer experience. My Cluster on My 2005 GMC Envoy went Haywire on me! Nothing was working. Called up, and Dean was very polite and Knowledgeable about Everything I was asking. He was able to repair not only my entire cluster, but he was able to install my aftermarket stereo for me! Not only did he get all these done, he got them finished the Same Day!!! I had other shops tell me it would be weeks out, and Dean was there to assist as soon as I called!
