Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't send my enemy to this pitiful place. I showed up asking for a price to repair an AC blower. He said that he'd look at it after he finished eating. Weird...yes. But I figured no problem. I wad clear that I wanted a price bofore any work. Anyway, after 2 hours, he found what he thought might be the problem. Not 2 hours on vehicle, but 2 hours of doing other things and 5 minutes on mine. He said that they were brining the part. I asked how much? He told me $195 and I said, okay. Keep in mind that he ordered the part to be brought before he told me price which was all I wanted. When the parts guy got there, they chit chatted for a few minutes before he finally came in and told me the part would need to be ordered. I needed to pay him today and he would get part next week and I would come back. I chose to decline and go elsewhere at this point. He flipped out, slamming doors and yelling. I walked out to the shop to get my car and he tried to block me from getting in to say I owed him for his time. What? I owe you nothing con artist. I finally got through to my car and left. He yelled, "never come back!" Of course I said, "NO PROBLEM!" Anyway, I went to a place in Bixby and got it fixed for $75. If you go to this place, know you're doing so after being warned.

Affordable, honest, dependable. He will tell you what the bare minimum possible work can be if you are on a budget. He does quality work no matter what, and what he charges is honest, fair for the market (and sometimes even below-average).

Worst place to take your car. Definitely wouldn't recommend the place to no one. I pulled up and asked for service about my trunk latch not working. The guy walks to the back of my car and looks at, as I proceed to open the trunk for him to look at it , he gets angry, and tells me I dony need his help, waves his arms in the air and walks off leaving me puzzled and clueless as to what just happened . Bad communication, and definitely not about business.

The worst mechanic in the world. He will tell you lies and charge you a ton of money and never fix the problem. DO NOT go to this guy and he is very unprofessional and rude. SCAM ALERT! 🚨 ‼️

Lou’s auto is a very reasonably priced place to get your car fixed especially if you purchase the parts. His labor rates are very reasonable. If he can fit you in he definitely will. He’s located right on mingo in between 51st & 41st closer to the middle of the two streets. Across from NAPA but next door to a tire shop.

Had an emergency situation where they tried to steal my catalytic converter, took it in and got it fixed the same day.GREAT PRICES honestly was going in expecting the worse but he diagnosed everything and fixed what was needed and didn't try to sell me extra. I had great experience at Lu's, i would recommend to a friend any day. Thanks again

This shop has been in business for years and seems to really know how to fix cars. We've taken 3 of our vehicles for some general maintenance as well as fixing issues that required more attention. They are relatively fast and accurate at diagnosing and repairing all makes and models. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable place, give Lu a try.

This is by far one of the best places I've been to and would recommend to anyone! They were able to get me in quickly and were able to not only fix an issue with my thermostat housing, but also fixed an issue I wasn't even aware of! Mr. Lu is super friendly and him and his team will take the time to make sure your car leaves working great! I'll be coming back with any other issues that may pop up in the future :)
