Took vehicle in to have 4 safety recalls fixed and one additional item.3 recalls fixed and item fixed. Was told I would be in line 4-5 days before additional item could be analyzed. I asked if I could bring it in day before getting analyzed and was told no. I don’t understand. After 2 days, a Friday, was told vehicle could be picked up on Monday. Would let me know, va text, when on Monday. No contact from them on Monday. I texted at 4 PM to ask when it would be ready, no answer. So my experience was not great.

My vehicle is barely one year old and the brakes are squealing the first few minutes every time I drive. It does not matter if the vehicle has sat overnight or just for an hour or two. It does not matter if it is rain or sunshine. It has been going on for a few months. I had the vehicle in for an Oil change and asked them to check on the brakes. I was told nothing is wrong, but they could spray them for $500! There is obviously a rock or something in the brake pads, causing this squealing noise. I can only assume a thorough inspection was not done. So when people comment on me needing new brakes or how loud the squeal is I just let them know where I bought and service it!

The service was great at Bill Knight. Emerson and all the staff were nice, professional and helpful. No pressure for repairs only information. They even delivered my car to my house when it was done and I didn't have to worry about finding a ride, etc. Yes, I would use them and recommend them.

The pick up and return of my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. The process of offering up charge services was an annoyance. Presented one at a time and without context made it more difficult to determine what was necessary and what could wait. Ultimately, my husband determined he would handle several of the up charge services himself. Also, my husband had the same services completed on the same day at a different Bill Knight location for significantly less. I found the “value” of pick up and return to be more expensive than I want to use in the future. So much for being a black-label customer.

Oil change services. I enjoyed the video of the inspection. Rubber seal around the bottom portion of the hatch door repaired & adhesive cleaned. Other issues were checkex but could not be replicated. I was not offered BG products as an option for the oil change.
