On November 12th,after my girlfriend's surgery,I was notified by staff members of a low right rear tire hoping flat.I immediately took my car to the Tire Pros at 2213 E.61sr St.location where technician Mauricio Sanchez located the nail and pointed out the tread wear.No charge!Made my case of going back to them!Justin Bilby offered a price comp on Champion tires and warranty that was better than the competition!

They used to be good but something has definitely changed. I believe the brand must have been bought by some sort of an investor. Gone are the days where you could speak to a knowledgeable person as your first contact willing to provide an estimate over the phone. (The lady I spoke with is rude and a liar) They charge at least 150$ an hour in labor and refuse to give any figures over the phone. Go to Atlas, they will serve you well

I was impressed with the way the business gives immediate attention to a customer to find out what the customer needs. The person who waited on me was professionally attentive, seemed knowledgeable, and was able to schedule me in for the following day. I was satisfied with the service which seemed quick, and the front desk person kept me updated as it progressed. I would like more specific itemization on the printed report.

It was my first time so I may not have understood the process. I love how thorough they were in helping me find the problem. Because they did. But their solution was $1200. I took it down the street, told this place the problem that was discovered and they fixed it….. - for free.

I am sorely disappointed. I took my car in to be repaired maybe a couple of months ago and now I'm having the same issue that I was having before. I paid near $1000 using the payment plan which they didn't explain to you is some sort of lease that had all kinds of fees. I am highly upset and I'm hesistate to take my car back to them because they didn't get it right the first time and after seeing what another customer posted here In wondering if this is a tactic to create returning customers for those less savvy.

My experience at Same Day Auto was wonderful my!!!! My car had malfunctioned as I was running errands. I called AAA, got names of 3 or 4 places for the wrecker to take me and the car. The gang at Same-day Auto Repairs is amazing. I've used them for year's back when they had a store on 71st across from Rhema Bible Church. I love that they have a n electric vehicle specialist at the South Lewis store and that the 31st Street store actually recommended I that my electric vehicle there. This showes that they want what's best for me not what it takes to make their location have more sales. I highly recommend any of there locations!

This is an amazing team! My car experienced troubles on a cross country trip, so I had to fly home and let them work on it. On the following weekend I flew back into town and they made sure I could swing by on Saturday to pick it up. This team really went above and beyond. I also had close to $1,000 worth of stuff in the truck and I half expected it to be broken into while I was away, but everything was accounted for when I picked it up. This place is seriously the best shop ive ever had to deal with.
