I went to Precision for an oil change yesterday, and the price was better than other places around me. They were quick, efficient, and also check my air filter and replaced that for a great price too. I will continue to go to Precision Tune for the foreseeable future and would recommend it to anyone!

I appreciate the service as well as customer service and professionalism at Precision and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an oil change or any other needs they have to offer. I was in and outta there in no time and will definitely come back in the future.

Good oil change but why did you touch ,my wife’s display settings. I specifically told you oil filter and oil change, blow out the air filter, nothing else. But no you had to fiddle with her dash display so each tire pressure was displayed going down the road. Leave settings or change settings back to where the customer had the display set. Or just leave them alone

I need to say this, shops don't want to tell you what something costs because people try to hold them to it, if you get an estimate from a shop.... IT'S AN ESTIMATE. They tell someone 150 to 300 and all the customer hears is 150 so when they get the bill they say "you told me 150" no, no they didn't. So shops don't like giving approximate prices. If you tell a shop you want this particular thing fixed, don't get mad if that doesn't fix it, they DID WHAT YOU ASKED. Shops prefer to diagnose the issue FOR THAT REASON (not for the diag fee), they want you happy. They DO want to get the parts for you because of profit but.... YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY TOO. I say ALL THIS because I don't want people to ruin a good thing for me. I have run car dealerships for the past 20 years so I've had a mechanic on call for 20 years, this place reminds me of that, they are doing WHAT I ASKED and I want everyone to know that if you have ANY IDEA about fixing a car (I really don't) but these are your people. Unfortunately, a problem can present itself many ways, so even the professionals here can only trace it down so be patient with ANY mechanic but definitely be patient with someone that is willing to start with WHAT YOU WANT like these folks!!! I might not have given them ALL the parts they'll need but by them being willing to do what I ask, they have a customer until I go back to work...(I just moved back to Tulsa)

I used to really trust the location located at 51st and South Mingo. That is until I was charged for an air filter, that was not replaced. A tire rotation, that was not done. A tire pressure sensor that was not turned off, like I was promised. I told to drive the car around and eventually the light would disappear. That made no sense to me at all. But I trusted them and was quite disappointed with the entire situation. I even went as far as to recommend this location to my young daughters, who knows absolutely nothing about the cars they drive. I do recall the fact that every time I would go there for an oil change; the process was getting faster and faster. Basically I was in and out in less than 17 minutes. Then 13 minutes, ect…. I honestly advise any of you that are women/females to be careful. And if at all possible, please bring a man along with you on your next visit. Just so what happened to me won’t happen to you. However I can honestly say that the customer service part of the business was great. They were very polite and all smiles while they were screwing me over and up selling me with suggestions as to why I would need extra parts and services. I wish you all good luck on your future visits.

I have been a customer at Precision Auto (51st&Mingo, Tulsa) for over 10yrs and they have always been timely and straightforward in services. Recently Mark and manager Nick helped me tremendously when a manufacturer issue caused a sudden spike in my initial service costs. They guaranteed their work and had it fixed within a day. They are genuinely pleasant and that is icing on the cake.

All the guys in there are awesome. I just went in there for the oil change, and I after I left the shop I had an issue with the battery. My car just died and I was not able to get that started. I called them asking For help. They not only sent one of the mechanics with battery boost, but also they asked me to go back to the shop. Got my battery tested, alternator, tested, and found what was the problem fixed it for Free. I would highly recommend.

I'm not 1 to leave a negative or a positive review unless it is truly warranted, in this case it fits the bill. Precision Tune Auto Care where I typically get my oil change done & nothing out of the norm. Quickly I showed a piece of my serpentine belt (a rib had came off), the price of the replacement belt ($46.90) & the labor ($234.00). He informed me that his software shows that it takes 1.5 to 2 hrs to do. Really? To do a 20-30 minute fix. A vendor at my job, I asked (he use to own his own shop), & agreed about a 20 minute fix. Did I let them replace the belt? Nope! Yes, it was only a estimate. Would they have stuck the cost to me if they fixed it .... Say in 45 minutes? I'm willing to say that I would still be paying the rate of 1.5 to 2 hours, not adjusting the time to reflect. The Belt itself? The quote was for $46.90 just for the belt, When I left after getting my oil changed, I went to AutoZone the belt was $18.55 to the cent. I truly get and/or understand mark-up on services or a Company won't be in Business for long with only scratching the surface financially. People, People, People Beware! Ask questions, notice the $$$ on the estimates & if you have the work done? How long did it physically take them. You have lost my Business!

what has a sign on sign says oil change special for $29 you get there and it’s $80. It don’t say anything about synthetic oil or regular oil or anything. It’s a fraud because if it’s a true backing of the words, it should say some cars oil change special can be 2999 not oil change special 2999 to me. That’s a fraud because if you’re gonna advertise something you better make it Specific .

Attitude is everything! Jeremy saw me hobble my car into the parking lot with a donut and a flat tire and my flashers on, and he said, "Looks like you're not having a good morning!" I got out of the car and asked if they do tires. He said they don't and he recommended a towing service. I turned around to get back in my car, but one of my dogs in the car had stepped on the switch to lock the doors! My phone was in the car! So even though Jeremy had nothing to gain by helping me, he took the time and care to use his own phone to call two towing services to find one immediately available. Thank you, Jeremy! You can believe I'll be back when I need mechanical services for my car!

I blew a brake line late in the afternoon, and these gentleman worked very hard to get me back on the road so I can make it home for the evening. They have your Source apart from nearby, it arrived in a timely manner, and the total cost of the repair was completely reasonable. While I was there I watched several oil change customers come in and out happy, and the overall environment was friendly from a customer standpoint. The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable and professional, and he recommended some things that could be done in the future to prevent brake lines damage. 51st & Mingo I would recommend this company to anybody if you're in the area.

I do not recommend this shop 2 days after oil change check engine light came on which has never happened before I took it back to them a few days after and they said oil change was done correct before and not the cause of the engine light blinking on and off but the light turned off not long after leaving the second time THATS JANKY BUSINESS

The staff were friendly. We came in at almost closing time and they still provided us with service. The break light was on when we arrived and they informed us of the urgency and seriousness of the situation. That evening the breaks were fixed. The next day the breaks were making a ticking sound. We’ve been to the shop about 3 more visits and they don’t know how to fix the new problem they had created. The breaks work great! But I hate this ticking sound! I will not be a returning customer. Will not recommend.

I have put in a good review before. I just took it down. My last experience was with a mechanic I had never seen in there before. This changed my mind from their being honest to lazy and didn't want to deal with it. Maybe it was just that mechanic. One bad 🍎 🍏 apple .... As a female, it is difficult to find auto service that you trust. I thought I found it, when I started coming here. I agree with another post. If you are female take a male in with you. That is 😢 sad.
