The vehicle they are repairing is UNDER MY NAME and they wouldn't let me talk to them about MY vehicle just because he didn't like that I called him out about how the vehicle has developed MORE ISSUES since BEING IN THE SHOP! WHICH IS TRUE! It wasn't stalling before UNTIL I BROUGHT IT IN and now it has this stalling issue! And he told me over the phone I'm "absurd" for implying that! I wasn't implying that and then hung up on me, I was being LOUD AND CLEAR, THAT ISSUE WAS NOT THERE UNTIL I PULLED OUT OF THEIR PARKING LOT AND NOW IT'S STALLING!

Ya’ll Lied to us about the price….. The car literally had an entire piece of the interior ripped off when I picked it up that wasn’t there before…. It stalled as I was driving away meanwhile while ya’ll said it was working…. And last but not least you guys took a MONTH to fix the issue. Worst place ever. Have no idea how their rating is this high, they must delete honest accurate negative reviews.

I paid $1,500 to this shop, and my car is still NOT FIXED. They made promises they didn’t keep, wasted my time, and took my money without delivering results. I trusted them to fix my transmission, but all I got was excuses and zero real solutions. This is completely unacceptable and downright dishonest. If you value honesty, accountability, and quality work — stay far away from this place. No one should have to spend that kind of money and drive away with the same problem they came in with.

They did give me an actual discount, but with no warranty. My car was rained in so bad it's still soaking wet after a full day of drying out. They store there cars outside like a dumpster. I also had a full tank of 93 octane gas stolen out of my car while it was parked on the street, all of their customers cars are parked on the street, your gas will be stolen if you leave your car here. It cost me $2000 to have my car treated like garbage. I told the employees about the rain and damage, I was promptly shown the door. I also asked if it had been inspected to ensure no other problems and make sure its good to drive. They told me yes, it passed inspection and is okay to drive. As soon as i got home it started idling rough and dying on me, but it passed their inspection! You get what you pay for with this place, discount work and discount customer service. My car now has an oil leak from the rear main seal that connects to the transmission thanks to these guys! They refuse to fix their mistake.

Do not let the appearance of this facility cause you believe that it is anything other than honest and reliable. I checked my vehicle in without knowing what to expect in terms of a repair bill. Rather than telling me I needed this or that, they were honest and advised me that nothing was presently required, and to report back if the situation became worse. They charged me a small amount for doing the groundwork to formulate their opinion and was entirely reasonable, and expected. These guys rang the bell in the areas of truth and competency.

Recently my shifter cable failed on my 2007 Toyota Corolla and I was stranded. I really didn't know where to have it towed to, so I googled local transmission repair shops here in Tulsa and Discount Transmission was one of the results. I always read reviews thoroughly and Discount Transmission had tons of great 5 star reviews. I took a chance with them and I am SO glad I did!! Chris and all the staff were very friendly, extremely professional and prompt. I received a fair estimate later that same day and they had my car ready by the following day. I work in the health care profession and a lot of people depend on me and my car. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work they performed. Chris even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was performing right. I WILL definitely utilize their services again when I should have need to. After a routine oil change, I was told by a local large car dealership here in Tulsa that I needed new brakes and possibly rotors. I was pleasantly surprised when they called and said my brakes were at 70% and had a lot of life left. The honesty and integrity of this business saved me over $700 today!
