I’m local live close to the tire shop. I had a flat and no one had my tire in town. I purchased a tie off the web. I live close and did walk in and tried to have them installed at Hauck. I super surprised how quickly the tire shop owner, dismissed me. Even if you have a fix a flat they will not help you either. All they want to do is sell you over priced tires! Fire stone up the street installed the tire for me on 41st street!

Great place! They're very courteous and helpful, I'm a first time car owner and the few times I've come in I don't feel like I was overcharged or robbed. My friends have come here throughout all their time living in Tulsa and swear by this mechanic. I don't know where these reviews about the folks here being rude come from. Guy who got turned down for asking to get air in his tires is laughable though, lol. Go to a QT dude, a 2 year old can put air in a tire and these guys gotta work.

I bought a used car from someone who didn’t tell me the battery had a slow draw. After replacing the battery 3 times, I knew I had some sort of electrical issue. I am a woman and I know little to nothing about cars but I knew an electrical issue would be very expensive. They definitely took pity on me and fixed my car in a day! Anywhere else would’ve charged me at least $1200 and I paid a fraction of that. I have another small issue they recommended fixing and I will soon be back to have them fix it.

After I paid for a diagnostic test and they told me what was wrong/what needed fixed, I asked for a list of the things that needed fixing. They told me, "No, goodbye." So I left. Later my friend dropped by and asked about the same things regarding my car, they happily helped him. I know that auto places are prone to treat woman and men differently, but this just felt like a bit much. I've had better customer service at chain auto places.

I’ve been going to Hauck for two decades now and they have always been amazing — combining expertise, kindness, and honesty. Last year I stupidly busted my side mirror and they made the extra effort to dig up a used window to replace, saving me at least $200. I definitely recommend.

Hauck Tire has been my automotive provider for over 15 years. During that time I’ve driven 2 Nissan models and 3 Jeep models. Randy and has team have provided excellent service. Randy and his guys always take good care of me. I have never had a mechanic I trusted as well as these guys. I know they'll give me a good price and I trust them to do a good job. I saw s couple reviews where people were upset they had to come in to get a tire quote, couldn't get one over the phone. They did that for me, even though I'm a regular. Took one look at the tires I had, and recommended a cheaper one because those were too heavy duty for my car which caused uneven wear and was even making my car shake. They wanted to find the best match for my car, and went down in price when they could have given me the same as what I had before.

I really needed my front brakes and rotors changed because they were super worn down and I had a last minute trip coming up. I called to see if it was possible for them to take care of it and they advised me to come in so they could check it out first. They were all so amazing and so friendly. Not to mention they got everything fixed within a day!!!! The gentleman working the front desk was so incredibly kind and inviting. They also have better prices than other places I’ve been to before! I definitely recommend them and will 100% be using them in the future!!!!!!

I LOVE this place. They are so nice, and incredibly honest. They undergo that I have to budget for non emergency maintenance and repairs and will give me a punch list with order of importance. They also helped my neighbor get her transmission replaced by Honda and didn’t even charge her! It’s hard to find a place like this. They know what they are doing, they genuinely care about their customers and they do the right thing.

Hauck Tire & Car Care has provided our family excellent service for years. Recently, I ask them to change our headlights to LED bulbs. I returned to let them know that the night vision was not what we expected. Andrew took the time to drive the car at night so that he could fully understand the issue. He replaced the LED headlights with platinum headlights that work great. Moreover, we received a credit for the difference in cost and no added labor. Outstanding customer service!

Not showy, just a very basic place to get work done fast and cheap. I was in and out in like 30 minutes for a $50 alignment. This service elsewhere is 2x-3x more expensive and can have you on a waiting list for several weeks. After having gone here and my experience with them, I wouldn't hesitate to buy tires from them if I lived anywhere nearby. This is one of those hole in the wall businesses that y'all in Tulsa need to put in your back pocket.

I brought my mother-in-law's car in for an oil change and check-up. They've been loyal customers for a long time, but it's the first time I've been here. This place is outstanding. Excellent service and perhaps the nicest people I've ever met in the automotive repair industry. If you live in the Tulsa area or are passing through and need auto service, I highly recommend that you bring your car here!
