When you use their service facility getting your car back is a joke. It's the first dealership I've been to that does not have your car brought to you in the service area. The cashiers will tell you it's either parked out back, or they aren't sure were it is. Very Poor example of Customer Service.

They are the absolute worst in communicating with their customers. If your car needs anything done in the servicing part they'll have you waiting months. I hate I bought a car from these people I swear I do.

Extremely disappointed to have schedule an appointment here for an oil change and a malfunction my car is having. Upon arrival, they told me they could only do the oil change and I would have to come back for the malfunction because it was “too late in the day on Friday” to help me. They should have called me to discuss this before arrival. Very unprofessional.

Was there other day told the sales man I was just looking well of course they try to push you to buy and told them I wanted to wait another month. He said let just run your credit over to nissan fiance and see what they can do and won't sent to any other banks. Well of course get notified from credit report that they sent to 5 different banks. I was very upset cant get them to call me back now. Also they tried to sell me gap insurance at $1500 which it more then double of what it cost at other dealers I called. Terrible how these stealerships try to screw you. I'll never deal with them or another Nissan dealer again.

If you need an oil change, they are wonderful. If you need anything else, go elsewhere! my car had to be taken back not once but twice because the repair was not done correctly. This caused my 1 week rental to become almost a 3 week rental! They never called me back, never bothered offering me rental assistance. Worst car experience ever!
