Looking of an Auto Shop that has knowledgeable, hard working, honest and communicative mechanics? Look no further! My husband and I were having issues with our vehicle for months. Our previous/old mechanics were seemed to be doing patch jobs when we needing this repaired. This left us bringing our vehicle in time and again for monthly oil changes because the entire vehicle was shaking when idle. Then our car died and we took it to get repaired. Once our previous mechanics “repaired” the issues and $600 later….we ended up with a check engine light and the vehicle dying…on the same day we picked up our vehicle from the old mechanic. We decided to try to see if we could take things into our own hands. We plugged an OBD-II Code reader into our car to see what codes would be thrown for our check engine light. Long story short when I went to replace the parts, bolts broke off into my Motor block. I was stressed to say the least. We decided to take a chance with Insanity Customs and we are so grateful we did! Our car is fixed and driving smooth after leaving Insanity Customs shop. They kept a line of communication open and asked me to let them know if anything else goes wrong. Cars depreciate over time but the worth of a great mechanic in your life is incredible. Take your vehicle here. You won’t regret it.
