They took care of my cooling problem in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you so very much. David & James are straight shooters and did a fantastic job on my 2008 BMW 335 xi. i had an engine malfunction error. they diagnosed it and called me with pricing and the repairs needed. they also pointed out another issue that needed resolved. they were very fair priced on all the work they did and did excellent work. i am very happy. i will be a customer from now on.

Really good on communication. Gave me an estimate on what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. They were not pushy. Just let me know what was wrong and let him know if we wanted to go with the repairs. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend. Will be back with my other Mini.

Called them up about taking a look at my Mercedes that was making a loud whining noise. They were able to get me in the same day. Wasn't able to set up a ride home and they said no worries and the owner drive me home. My car was repaired and ready the next day. They had to replace the alternator along with the belt and bearings. Lindsey in the front office is awesome. Great experience for an expense no one wants but can't avoid. Would highly recommend them!!

I am from the Midwest and was traveling with my family when the oil pressure light come on in my 2004 Land Rover Discovery 2. A quick google search later I was taking the truck to O'Brien Auto Performance. James and company were great. James communicated quickly and efficiently. Ryan, the guy who worked on my truck, walked me through what needed to be done to my SUV. I had to travel back to Saint Louis for work and left the Discovery in their care. When my wife and daughter went to pick the Discovery up James, Ryan and David, the owner, were informative, polite and took great care of them. This has not always been their experience at other shops. All in all, this is a great place and my only complaint is that I have nothing like them in Saint Louis. My daughter is still in Tulsa with her Land Rover Discovery 2 and she will be using O'Brien Auto Performance when needed.

This establishment the employees are straight up criminals horrible awful experience robbed me to the tune of $7,0000 un professional, they have completely no idea what they are doing total crooks. Stated my Land Rover needed water pump replaced among other things I paid them & on the way home it quit running they refused to make it right after a failed diagnosis. Please take your car anyplace else than this. I lost a bunch of $ & would hate anyone to have a similar experience there is NO WAY this place should still be in business! Nothing more than common criminals, crooks, & thieves. Thank you & have a nice day!

I have been using O'Brien Auto to maintain our cars for over a decade. I have always been very pleased with thier honesty and professionalism, recently I was traveling out of the country and my daughter had a check engine light on prior to her return to KU, the staff got her in to check the car to ensure it was safe to drive back to school. Little things like this make all the difference in the world. Great crew and always friendly. Only place we go for out of warranty Mercedes work! Thanks again!

This company is the best I’ve found for my Jaguar. Recently had what appeared to be a catastrophic multi-system electrical failure. The technician that jumped on it had it figured out in the first day and got the car back to me first thing on the second day. Saved me thousands in diagnostics and repair fees. Another words, what I believe was going to cost thousands to diagnose and repair, cost a fraction. They could have been a like other business and dragged there feet and uncharged repairs, but they DID NOT! They consistently updated me on progress and findings via text. Lindsey and, Technician Robert Robertson, were Amazing! They are knowledgeable, professionals, and most proficient, as I’ve explained. I’ve NEVER worked with a better company! Truly Amazing. Additionally, the owner is a great guy. He went above and beyond the night I dropped the car off. Respectfully, Gun Doctor.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your establishment. your business engaged in what I consider to be criminal behavior by taking close to $10,000 from me and refusing to rectify the situation. I brought my Land Rover to your facility, which is supposedly your specialty, for a diagnosis and repair. Your team completely misdiagnosed the issue. After the repairs were completed and I left your shop, my vehicle broke down less than two miles down the road. I am appalled by the level of incompetence and the significant financial loss I have incurred. It is incomprehensible to me that a business operating in such a negligent manner is still open. I strongly advise anyone considering bringing their vehicle to this establishment: DO NOT do it. You will absolutely regret it. In my opinion, the individuals responsible for this level of fraud and incompetence should not be operating a business; they should be held accountable for their actions. Sincerely

I brought my BMW X3 here due to a referral from a friend once I started having a coolant leak. They quoted me $1000 To replace a radiator hose. Out of curiosity because I thought how insane that quote was, I called the local BMW dealership who quoted me $600. The dealership also said they would re-run diagnostics on my car for no charge as they never charge for diagnosing a problem, but I got charged $100 for diagnosis of a coolant leak from the shop. The itemized, detailed summary of why it was so expensive the labor was quoted to be $800, if that wasn’t bad enough when I wanted to pick my car up, they told me they wouldn’t be there Until the afternoon and then on my way there around 4 o’clock, they text me saying they wanted to close up early today. As someone who really tries to support local ran businesses, this was a very disappointing encounter.

I have been using O'brians Auto for years. All my cars are BMWs from 1980 to 2007. Lindsey and Robert are about the best team I have encountered when it comes to foreign auto repair. Lindsey - parts, Robert - mechanic. Their not the cheapest but they get it done right, you get what you pay for "Experience".
