One of the better experiences I’ve had in dealing with car repairs. They took care of working with the insurance when the repair was slightly more than the original estimate. And they detailed my car before I got it back. Something I definitely wasn’t expecting and I KNEW they had to put work into that. Would definitely recommend.

My wife’s Dart Rallye was hit from the rear and pushed into the car in front of her, so her car had front and rear damage. We bought the car new and have had it since 2016. The techs had the car looking really good. The headlights were replaced and the techs adjusted the new headlights a few days after pick-up once it became apparent the lights were misaligned. Easy to do with this car as I have done it myself when replacing the headlight bulbs. Reasonable priced, easy to book a slot, and they stand by their work.

Everyone I interacted with was so incredibly helpful during the whole process of getting my car repaired. My insurance provider (State Farm) recommended Paintmaster when I had to file a claim for repairs for my vehicle, and I am so glad they did. I was doubly concerned, because I drive a MINI, and I know some shops may not be willing or able to service them, but that wasn't an issue at Paintmaster. My car looks and drives like new, and I will absolutely return to Paintmaster if I ever need more work done to my vehicle.

Everyone here was truly fantastic and have gone above and beyond! My brand new car got hit and they restored it back to new and also went ahead and did an interior clean, which to me, is fantastic work. Tamra answered all my calls and was so friendly and welcoming as well as penny who really made a huge effort to not only do her job, but to get to know the customers. Chris was the man on the job and I couldn’t have asked for someone better. My wait time also was very appropriate for the damages and the work they produced. I would recommend to anyone in need of repairs.

I had an incredibly awesome experience with Paintmaster Collision. After a hit and run, I was worried my 2024 Mazda was going to be hard to paint match, but they NAILED it. Chris got me appraised and on the schedule fast during the holidays, and they finished my repairs 8 days ahead of prediction. The car looked better than new after (seriously). The paint match and blend was perfect, the body lines/gaps fully straight, and the door didn't rattle after a full replacement. They even got me detailed inside and out afterwards, which I was going to pay someone to do early this year before the accident (which made my deductible hurt a lot less!). Tamra showed me around the car and got me checked out smoothly and with a smile. Wonderful people and experience. Recommending it to anyone who needs A1 bodywork.

I brought my Infiniti Q50 here and my repairs were covered through insurance. This was one of State Farm’s recommended shops and I am very pleased with the results and the entire process was super stress free. Chris was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire time. The color match for the new bumper is perfect and they were even willing to install aftermarket parts for me while they were waiting for parts to come in for the repair. Everyone was super amazing and I will definitely bring my car back.
