I unexpectedly needed my front windshield replaced. I was up all night stressing, looking for the right place to use. A very close friend referred me to Gios. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR....... I WILL FOREVER BE SO THANKFUL TO THEM!!!! The office ladies are so nice and welcoming. Gio let me know my truck was ready about an hour or so later. He is the absolute best. So nice, so professional, and answered any questions I had. They will have my repeat business if needed for life. If you need your windows fixed or replaced on your vehicle, please go there. I promise you will be very happy you did!!!!!

Called to get a price for a vehicle almost 2* more expensive that 4 different shops not sure why then I ask him if why so overpriced, then says “cause I said so, If you don’t want to pay go somewhere else” Very rude guy

If you pay with card he take a picture of your driver license. Anybody want share personal and sensitive information. Also don’t vacuum break glasses when finish. Ask in other site doesn’t worth the bad experience

Anytime someone can see me the same day, I always give 5 stars. That's because I feel like that's the way business should be. They work to meet your schedule demands rather than force you to work to theirs with appointments. First off, full disclosure, the business front is FAR from impressive. It looks old, rundown, dirty, the door doesn't close properly, and it doesn't have air conditioning. However, there are more things in life than having a great looking business front. One of those things is that the business owner is fair with his prices, where you're not getting bent over for that Keurig coffee cup that you might enjoy at some other place. For a new windshield for crossover suv, I paid $350. Now, considering inflation, supply chain shortages, and everything else, I can recognize a good deal when I see one. I say that even in spite of ALL the shortcomings this business has. Honesty and fairness go a long way. The fact that the owner was able to fit me on the same day is just gravy. Hence, 5 stars Update: it's a year later. 7/14/2024 I still stand by what I said about this business. It's honest and fair. My windshield is still top notch, no chips and no cracks. I haven't needed to replace it. One thing I didn't mention in my original review was that not only was I fairly treated, but the lady who served the front desk was very friendly.

Went to get my windshield replaced. And when I picked up my car it started making a loud noise inside. He told me to bring my car back up there. He tried to figure out the problem. We took it up a dealership to see if they could figure it out. They couldn’t figure it out. So he scheduled a diagnostic for the next day.And he would meet me at the place. But by time I got to the service center. The sound was completely gone. The guy at the service center said it was probably an hiccup. All I can say is the owner was very nice and helpful. And very professional . I would use this place again. Also and the price was very reasonable.
