Andrew really checked my truck over. He even got under the back of my truck to look at what may be damaged. Of the estimates I got, he was the only one who did that! Andrew let me know some trim may break during removal, and if they don’t, the parts would be returned. He is honest and kept me informed about how they were doing on my truck. They buffed my whole truck so the scratches are much less noticeable. They repaired and repainted the rear upper bumper, installed new rear lower bumper, impact bars, and a backup light, and one of my wheels was repaired and repainted. I did a drop-by one day since I was in the area. Andrew took me to see how the work was on my truck and upper bumper. It is so nice to find quality work. Most importantly, it is nice to find people and a company who care about their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. I will be using Carstar in Tulsa again! I will recommend Carstar in Tulsa to my family and friends.

I'd like to thank the staff at Carstar!! I had a minor fender bender and someone suggested I go there. They did a fantastic job. Paint job matched so well. Looks like a new car!! After taking the front bumper off they discovered additional damage (possibly from possible driving off/over curb) After showing me the damage and explaining the risk of driving long trips with the damage, I decided to have that repaired as well. They completed the job is less time than estimated. They took care of all the paperwork between insurance company and rental agency making it much less stressful on me. They are a 5-star business!!!

If I could give more stars I would. Communication was excellent. Quality of repair and service was above and beyond. (the vehicle looks so good- the quality was really outstanding) Vehicle was ready 2 days early. Van was also washed and nicely detailed! As a mom of 2 kids and a dog that sheds like crazy, I appreciated the wash and detail so much. I would not hesitate to recommend Carstar to others.

I took my Nissan armada to several shops for estimates after hitting debris on the highway and cracking my front bumper. All 4 of the shops were booked out for months and gave me just an estimate on a new bumper cover. When I then went to CarStar they started to tell me I needed to make an appointment to have an estimate done. When I was about to leave a very nice man came from the back and told me he would make time to do the estimate right then! He was very nice and very helpful when explaining the process of it all. He made sure to include all the damage I sustained and not just the bumper cover which made me extremely grateful because I love my vehicle! CarStar made the process of it all SO EASY and they ordered parts immediately after I made the claim. They replaced my front bumper, back bumper, passager step, trim around tire, and passanger backup light fixture, they really went above and beyond. After leaving the shop I even noticed they had pulled out a dent I had in my passenger door that was unrealted and wasn't part of the insurance claim. They simply did it because they are awesome! The front desk woman is super friendly and didn't get irritated with me calling for daily checkups on my vehicle status which was great! I seriously recommend this place for anyone who wants an auto body place to go above and beyond for them! Also, it only took 2 weeks for them to replace and fix all the things I mentioned above.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. When I called to schedule them to look at my car for fixing it I mentioned that I’m not sure how I’m gonna get around and they offered me a loaner. They had the car done in four days. They kept in touch with me the whole time. My car turned out amazing. The front staff are incredible friendly, and made me laugh. The people that fix my car, walked me around it and explain things and even tried to fix my fob. You should definitely go to this place to get your car done.

They were really great! Insurance ended up totaling my car. But insurance was not doing me right on price. Carstar kept my car without charge a few more days while I worked things out with insurance. And they were really helpful emotionally through the whole accident experience. So I really don’t know how well they fix cars, but they certainly treated me well.

My car was needing interior and exterior work as it had been stolen & found. Carstar was recommended to me by a coworker & through my own experience they were very professional. Randy was very informative on the process, called me when the ready date got moved a little later due to some parts coming from the dealership, and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time. it took less than 2 weeks to get my car back. Everything that was destroyed when it was stolen was fixed, my car's interior and exterior was cleaned perfectly and they handled all my belongings with care in the car. The process was extremely easy & i am very appreciative of that after the hassle of my vehicle being stolen in the first place. I was back on the road in my car quickly because of Carstar on Mingo.👍🏽

This was my first experience with any sort of collision repair and Carstar made it exceptionally effortless and stressful free. They were patient with me and were able to get me in quick. They kept me updated on the status of my car almost daily and got the job done timely and efficiently. They were even able to make it look better than it was before my accident, inside and out! An incredible team, amazing communication, and quality work! If I ever need anymore assistance with any major car repair, I know exactly who I’m calling!
