I purchased a fuel pump for my 98 suburban. That is not correct will not work or plug into my vehicle no matter who i talked with at radiator depo. They still insisted that it was correct pump for my truck.

When I had to replace my radiator, I had to buy four different radiators from for different places, because none of the ones I got seemed to fit. I kept buying and returning ones that I was told would work, only for the parts to not match. Someone mentioned a place called Radiator Depot, and I had no idea what to expect. Finding it was a bit hard, but once I was inside, they found the CORRECT radiator within ten minutes, and it was cheaper than the other ones I had bought! It fit perfectly, and seems to work just fine! A week of frustration could have been avoided if I knew of this place first! I also wish I'd known about them before replacing my condenser.

Customers service in Tulsa Ok is nothing but a run around. They won't let you talk to any 1 higher then them. I dont recommend buying from this company at this time. I wouldn't gave them 1star except you have to so you can post

I've been an installer for Radiator Depot for several years. I have had almost 0 issues with their products over the years, and their customer service has always been exemplary. Recently a customer moved from Oklahoma to Florida. Her A/C system failed 3 years after install date. She called me kinda freaking out about the fact her A/C system was only 3 years old. I was wondering how to handle this and called Bobby. His response was " Where do i need to send the parts" My response was "Boca Florida". He had a local warehouse deliver it by 1pm that day. Friends, if you have not used them for your radiator, fuel pump, A/C needs, you should. They don't disappoint and their customer service is 1st rate. ~Whistler

Bought a radiator. Took it back to get my $130 back because it didn't work on my truck. They told me they would have to send to the main office in Kansas for my refund. They told me it would take 3 days and they would call me by monday. This was the middle of the week. It took me a month to get my money back. It would've took longer if i had not called them back after 3 weeks. Bad business

Terrible service, rude people that tell you one thing on the phone and then can't do anything when you are there. I told the manager I would leave a bad review and he didn't care and he said take your bad review and leave. Would never visit this place ever.

I was sent to The Radiator Depot for the first time today....Great customer service..One girl was on the phone signaling she knew I was there rather than ignoring me...That is a huge thing nowadays everybody acting all cell-fish not pausing their phone chat to even order food.... Anywa, couple seconds later and another girl comes to check on my statys.....This girl was beautiful,but beyond that she was hilarious... Usually I'm the one w/ jokes but this girl Brandy owned me within seconds... Nothing wrong w/ making me laugh with workplace humor.... Anyway the service was great the hyginx pulled on me made my day... Too many too serious too much of the time... This was well timed and well needed ... Ty Brandy and Company .. I give them a big fat zero star, I replaced a leaking radiator with a new one from radiator Depot it immediately busted ruining my transmission in my car they absolutely refuse to help me and refuse to even offer to help in any way shape or form... Their customer service is a joke and their warranty is a joke as well . Their product damaged my vehicle and they refuse to offer any solution or even return my phone calls. I'll be hiring an attorney very soon.
