If I could I'd give this business 1/2star...I didn't actually get a chance to deal with them...I made two attempts to get my car worked on there( the first trip I showed up 30 minutes after they were supposed to open and no one was there( waited 30 minutes and left) got a call back 45 minutes later( confirmed that they opened at 8:30, and let them know I'd come back, Monday morning. I got there at 8:40am Monday morning( they wasn't open and no one was there yet) I waited an hour(and someone else.. maybe another customer came by..they waited 15-20 minutes and left) This place was referred by a co-worker,but I'll never waste my time with them again..way too Unprofessional 👎👎👎

I went in JRC Auto Service to get my car’s brake pads and oil changed a month back, and I can certainly say JRC is the it place to go if you are needing your car fixed. The establishment is fast-working, respectable towards new customers and the owner is super friendly! He was super easy to talk to and was able to help me with my vehicle, I was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Hispanic-English owner who knows his way around a car!

Jose and his team at JRC are the most diligent, reliable, honest, hardworking, and efficient mechanics in all of Green Country! JRC does work for several of our dealerships but I was so impressed by their honesty, integrity, and their work that I bring all of my personal vehicles to them only! JRC is also who I recommend first when someone asks me about a reputable shop. their pricing and their work are unbeatable. Jose and his team even leave the old parts that they replaced in your vehicle so you know that the job was truly done. Jose has always answered any and all of my questions so that I fully understand whatever the issue or problem was and what to do moving forward for maintenance or so the same issue does not happen again. They will also file the warranty claims for you, should that issue ever arise. A+++++!
