Great Overall experience, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I received answers to my questions and even had them voluntarily give my truck a jump start the first encounter free of charge. My catalytic converters were replaced and fixed and i am super satisfied. Future repairs/maintenance will be considered here.

Came in to get an alignment. They told me they could do it even though my tie rod needed to be replaced. Alignment was great. Tie rod wore out, I replaced tie rod brought back for another alignment. Car drove terribly after 2nd alignment. Brought back so they could look at it. They got very defensive then told me my strut was loose. This means they did an alignment on my car with a loose strut. They said they tightened the bolts on the strut for me but the car still drives terribly. I was counting on this place to solve this problem. But they won't redo the alignment and my family car feels too unsafe to drive

I thought, the only time I had the muffler replaced on my old truck was at this location. It is an old 24 years old truck, n I was out of the country for 18 years. They do not have my name, number nor my truck in the system! They did pull up my truck and show me what is wrong and what needed to be work on. I pulled the stuffs and junks out of the glove compartment to search for receipt. I did not find anything! I drove off and forgot the papers from glove compartment at the chair of the reception. The manager did call and told me I forgot my papers! Much appreciated! They also recommended that I take the truck to a “muffler” shop! Thanks!

I took my car over to Meineke in my hometown first several years back & they did an A+ job on rotating, positioning, aligning, & balancing my 4 wheels & tires. I had them look at my steering column, front wheels & tires, a long with the shocks: all bad because of things that needed to be replaced, because hitting a tall cement curb in front of the intersection was that hard & damaging. All of its replaced, fixed & working. The manager gave me a good deal on a much lower price, so I'm super-happy!

I love this place because they are very honest about different options you can do and showed me on a device where I was on the battery. No one has ever shown me anything like that. Very courteous and professional. With me being a widow I don’t trust many people. I would refer this place to anyone❤️

Oil change was done very fast. Fluids were checked and topped off where needed. I have a 2007 Corolla 500k miles. Service tech advised of a small leak in the radiator and to keep an eye on it until I can replace it. Overall.... Very pleased with the service. Will use again in the future.
