Set an appointment. Was met with a cantankerous (on the verge of hostile) man named Chris. I couldn’t even get a question in to be answered! All he was telling me was everything he CANT do! I don’t get why he was so worked up. It was completely unnecessary. He was agitated and NOT wearing a mask while he stood less than six feet away. I asked him to wear a mask, he became even more agitated! Never again will I attempt to use your service. You wasted my time and exposed me to risk! You lost out on work and money on several claims I have through my insurance because you couldn’t control your temper nor did you offer any type of cordial communication.

Not sure where to begin. Everything from the beginning to the end takes 1 week minimum. 1 week out for scheduling for drop off. Takes 1 week for them to actually get to look at the car. Takes a week to order parts. So Far its been 2 weeks, and they are still painting a new bumper and fender. If you didn't get to it, just be honest and say that. Poor service and poor communication. Overall if I could give zero it would be a zero. And this happens eventide I need service.

I am a big believer in a picture is worth a thousand words. You guys said you fixed the problem, twice. If that were true I wouldn't see this. I'll take it to a real mechanic.

First…if you can see my google review history it’s almost all positive…. That said, this was the worst repair experience I’ve ever had! We were first told that our car would be finished on 5/23….we just got it back yesterday 6/12!!! Not to mention we had to take it back today because the left taillight wasn’t working. When I called to check on the car when it was supposed to be ready, I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 5/28. On 5/26 I received a text stating the repairs were almost complete and I would be notified if any delays were encountered. I did not receive one incoming phone call, or even a text message update after 5/26. Every time it was delayed, I had to call on the day my car was supposed to be ready, only to receive yet another delay. Marc Miller Collision clearly didn’t feel that I needed to be notified that my household would still be without one of the vehicles we need to get to work with. I hope y’all got every man hour out of that job you needed….
