Andrew and the team here got us in when we were in a pinch! Our RV needed some quick work done, they got us aligned and new sway bar bushings. Andrew was excellent at not only explaining the problem but actually showing us the issue which helps build the confidence that this is not a shop that wants to throw on random parts to make a buck but rather wants to take care of their customers.

Have a new to us Sprinter motorhome. I had done some poorly advised suspension upgrades before we left, it was still a white-knuckle experience driving in the wind or on hilly terrain. Andrew and his crew did an AMAZING job- for us! So thankful we had contacted him and we would recommend them to anyone! I have an old 1953 Ford hot rod that was experiencing a rough ride due to a poor rear end set up. I brought the truck in expecting to have new springs put on it but instead Andrew, the service manager said that I did not need new springs and needed to have the frame notched and New shock absorber locations. The truck now runs better than it ever has! Thanks!!!

Very bad place to do Alligment, I came back like 4 times to tell them the problem and that the truck was still wrong and they never fixed the problem they don't have the ability to do it.. and I also bought them a new set of spring leaf and they only lasted a year and 2 months when one of them broke very poor quality and service I hope I never stop at that terrible place again.

We had a MAJOR problem with our RV 5th Wheel frame that bent the hangers causing bad wheel alignment and was really unsafe. Our RV shop couldn't fix it and they contacted Tulsa Auto Springs. The name may not properly represent everything they do. Frame and suspension expert Andrew and his team took apart our entire suspension and repaired the frame, replaced the equalizers, installed heavy duty hangers, shackles, and wet bolts. We now have a solid heavy duty suspension better than factory! They even checked the RV breaks and adjusted them to our truck. Our RV is now tracking straight and rides great behind the truck. I check the entire suspension each day before hitting the road and it is solid!  I have shown our system to other 5th Wheel owners and we are in agreement that Andrew's work is better than the manufacture of RVs. It's obvious that they take pride in their work and desire to make the customer and others safer on the road. Thank you Andrew, your team members, and Tulsa Auto Springs for restoring our enjoyment in traveling and not worrying about our suspension.

The suspension on the Red Line Oil fifth wheel hauler was in worst need of repair than we’d imagined. The team at Tulsa Aito Spring Co and Mobil RV completely fortified the suspension, put on much needed new breaks, straightened an axel, mounted three new cross bars, and added 4 new leaf springs and hangers with the heaviest shackles we are now pothole proof!🤞🏼 They did it all in a day and a half. They definitely know the best suspension set up. Now to get a new king pin with Flex Air suspension.

Service Date: August (Initial Repair) and December (Follow-up) Service Performed: RV Air Conditioning Replacement and Electrical Troubleshooting I recently had an outstanding experience with Tulsa Auto Spring and Body that demonstrates their exceptional integrity and commitment to customer service. They initially replaced the front AC unit on my RV in August. This was complex because my coach is an older model for which parts are no longer widely made. They successfully sourced an air conditioner that fit and worked. The coach was kept in storage in Oklahoma until November. When I picked it up and brought it back to Arkansas, I discovered a problem: the rear AC unit, which they did not work on, was no longer controllable from the thermostat. I assumed this was due to a wire or connection related to their front AC install, and it turned out I was correct. I contacted the company last week and spoke with Andrew, who immediately referred me to the technician who performed the install, Anthony. Anthony initially tried to walk me through a potential fix over the phone (installing a coupler) as I volunteered to try it myself, hoping to save them a 5.5-hour drive to my location. When that didn't resolve the issue, the company immediately notified me that they were sending Anthony to Arkansas at no additional charge. Anthony arrived and spent the entire day, working diligently into the night, to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Despite the fact that he was working on my coach in non-ideal conditions, he still managed to troubleshoot and fix everything completely. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward and maintained an extremely professional demeanor throughout. Their willingness to drive five and a half hours, cross-state, at their own expense to stand behind their work and the technical skill required to service an older, hard-to-part-for coach is truly amazing. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their technicians (specifically Anthony) is beyond reproach.
