I am writing to you from the international company MJS Enterpises. Our organization would like to express its dissatisfaction with the provision of service in your service. On the night of October 8th our driver was serviced by a mechanic named Roger. We agreed with him that he would have to fix his own wheel, that is, we did not order a new one. Not only did your mechanic try to sell a new wheel very rudely and naively, he also did his job so that the driver still stops and pumps up the wheel. Among other things, we initially agreed that there would be payment on the EFS check, your employee claimed that this system did not work and the driver had to give the last cash to fix the problem. But … The problem remained the same. I ask you to take into account and next time provide the service at the proper level, since you take money for the service as expected. My review does not mean to humiliate your company, but on the contrary, so that after this review you will solve this issue and the next time the service is at the proper level. I want to thank you for super swift response to my problem. The brake air switch started leaking and I got load at my customer the I called road dog mobile to come and fix my truck issue and after he showed up he took a few minutes to diagnose the problem and found the problem and got the switch an I was back up and running with the big dogs. I was trying to load out of Tulsa and my trailer (dry van) was denied because of a moisture leak(it was raining pretty hard!). I had already called a few places in town but with it being after 530pm I wasnt having any luck finding anyone to repair the trailer. Ran a google search and although road dog didnt have any reviews I decided to give it a shot. Man am I glad I did! Rodger was professional and very knowledgeable. He went beyond just resealing the trailer and placed a heater inside to dry up all the moisture. By the time it was all done it was about 930-10. He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. If you're in the Tulsa area and in need of moble service, give Road Dog a call. You'll be glad you did.

These guys are real pros. We are novice RV owners and we were having some electrical issues where the coach wouldn’t start. Had it towed back into town and called these guys based on word of mouth from an RV shop. Rodger was out of town but called me back promptly and sent one of his employees out to us within the hour. He came out after after 6 PM and had us going again within an hour or so. Reasonably priced as well. I whole heartedly recommend this outfit for any mechanical problems you have and would use them again in a heartbeat.

0 stars would be best. My husband requested a tow for his dump truck. We spoke to someone and was told that they would be coming to help as soon as his driver was located. He said he would call back in about 15 minutes or less with an update. We never got a call back and tried calling multiple times to figure out what happened. Never answered and no response. We were left on the side of the road all night.

Rodger from Road Dogs was AWESOME. We finally got settled into our new place in Missouri but on the way from Phoenix my daughter's car quit working. My husband was following in a trailer packed and couldn't figure out what the problem was with the car. We called Rodger at 12:30 am he suggested a few things but we couldn't get it working so he drove the hour and a half put in a battery and we were on our way. He called to make sure the amps were at the right range after we left him. I was amazed at the service he provided he even texted the next morning to make sure we made it to our new house. If I could I would give him 100 stars! Excellent service above and beyond what we expected.

The 5-star rating is for the honesty of the gentleman I spoke with and his willingness to help me out of a desperate situation, should I be unable to find another mechanic. Road Dog was a God send! Traveling from west Texas to Chicago, right before pulling into the hotel, the tensioner froze up on our 2004 Dodge Ram 3500, which popped the serpentine belt and we lost all hydraulics! This man returned our call within an hour (5:30 pm) and came to the hotel around 11 pm. Rodger was so friendly and professional. He went out of his way to get us on the road the next morning. You know that moment when you seriously break down and spend the night on a shoulder on a ramp in the middle of nowhere,and the only thought that crosses your mind is that now you're going broke or out of business,as fixing your issue is gonna cost you an arm and a leg????
