Kept my truck for a week before looking at it, and the same issues reoccurred 30 minutes after leaving. The service counter was friendly and courteous, but that didn't fix my truck

Wow, I don't know how this business gets 5 stars from anyone! This is the 2nd time I've taken my vehicle to Nissan of Tulsa aka Campbell Nissan, both times because they are closer to my home than the other Nissan dealerships. Both times I've been sorely disappointed. This time I took in my new 2024 Frontier because of a couple of problems. My wireless charging pad was not working & my motor had developed a noticeable ticking sound. The problem with the wireless charging pad was tricky because sometimes it worked (when it was in their shop) & other times it didn't work. I guess the problem I had with how they handled this is that upon discovering the off/on problem with it, I looked at Steve (the service manager) for guidance as to what they could do to fix it & his response was..."I don't know what to tell you, we can't fix it". That didn't seem appropriate. Also, after much back & forth banter the service advisor said, but we can order a new one. As for the tick in my motor, the service tech determined that "it was within normal allowance"....what? there was only 1800 miles on it & this was deemed "normal"? Again, there was no indication of concern or helpfulness coming from either the service advisor OR the service manager...they just shrugged it off. Whatever may or may not be the facts of what was/is wrong with my truck, it's their attitude & ineptness at customer education & service. Also, while I was waiting on my truck to be serviced, I talked to the young lady in the parts dept to see if they had a bed cap/cover available for my truck. I know, because I have done extensive research online, that I could not find one that was compatible...but I thought, let's just check with Nissan, to be sure they don't actually make one. Based on what this young lady Nissan DOES make a bed cap for my 2024 Frontier, crew cab. I was surprised because everyone else had told me that it wasn't available. She told me it DID fit my truck & that she even checked it out using my VIN to double check. Hmm. After checking with both other Nissan dealerships parts depts in town they BOTH verified the bed cap (using the part number they young lady gave me) fit the Titan, not the Frontier. I wholeheartedly Do NOT recommend this business, especially the service/parts dept. To top it off, as I gave up on getting proper service, I asked them for a receipt/record of my visit there...again, the lack of proper customer service caught me off guard as they (service advisor AND Steve, service manager) told me..."why?, it's not going to show anything?, what?...it shows me (for repair history of my vehicle) that I brought my vehicle into them as of that date, stating the problems with my vehicle & their diagnosis. They didn't agree. I told them, as I went out the door, I guess I'll just go back to Jackie Cooper Nissan.

I took my Nissan Altima and went to them, for context, it’s an older coupe from 2009. I needed help to replace the oil cooler and they took it from me for over 2 hours, and I had no ride back home so I stayed waiting and this rude employee came, just laughing and told me he’d fix the steering wheel (there’s a problem with it too) and the cooler for $1,115, the whole cars value is $2,500. I told him to just replace the cooler and he said he’d do it for $715, I talked to him and he finally said he’d do it for $600. Only come to find out, they don’t even have the part I wanted and they can only bring it 3 days later, I waited for 2 hours for nothing. I told him I couldn’t, I needed my car fixed today or tomorrow, and he refused to give me back my own car keys after doing nothing till I payed him $165. These people are thieves and have terrible service, he took my money without doing anything.

I took my 2024 Titan to Nelson Nissan twice for a check engine light. The first time they were unable to read my check engine light codes because it would be considered a diagnostic and they didn’t have time to diagnose a car that day. So I made an appointment to bring it back for diagnosis and repair and it sat for three days before I Got tired of the lack of service and picked it up. I made an appointment with Grubbs service department to have it diagnosed and fixed, and they were working on it and getting a diagnosis for me before I ever left the parking lot. It was a super easy repair, but I was able to get it back the same day fixed, and ready for the road. I cannot express how thankful I am for Robert in his customer service and communication.

I had my oil changed today and the experience was excellent. Tyler was very pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. He got the job done quickly and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s refreshing to have someone provide great service with such a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend him!

Service said my transmission was “done for” and “no longer serviceable.” They wanted to charge me $7000 on November 24th. I towed my car to my local mechanic, where he hammered out my transmission pan and put $80 worth of fluid in the car. Cost me $100 and I’m still driving just fine on January 3rd with no issues at all. This is the same place that told me I “shouldn’t drive home” on my two front tires, scared me into entering a $400 payment plan, and then turned around and said that my tires wouldn’t be there for a few days at least, and that I was able to drive home.
