Pros: $50 alignment. Best price in town, as far as I'm aware. Alignment job is good. Main guy at front desk is nice and helpful. Cons: Owner isn't very friendly, wait times are insanely long, and they really should have a separate property to sell used cars on. The lot is WAY too packed. My freshly detailed car absolutely reeked of alcohol after the technician drove it. Summary: If you want the best price, don't mind waiting 90+ minutes, and customer service doesn't matter to you, this is a good option.

Staff is friendly and attentive. There was no wait time compared to +3 tire shops I stopped to before. Got there and they began immediately. Alignment was done in short time and was out in no time. Not only that but has competitive pricing with alignment being so affordable at just $50. If you’re planning on getting your vehicle fixed, I assure you make this your first stop because you’ll be in good hands.

As a woman who finds car service intimating as I have been taken advantage of before, the service here was impeccable. Instead of charging me $125 for a new tire, he was honest and told me he was able to patch it for much less $$. This wonderful gentleman was honest and runs an amazing business. They will lie, steal and let your car be damaged. Do not trust this shop. They couldn’t even put trash bags over the SMASHED WINDOWS to protect someone’s interior.

The mechanic at this Ray's is beyond generous and knowledgeable. He replaced all kinds of parts on my cruze. what would've cost me a few grand anywhere else just he charged me about 750 for it all and replaced the thermostat for free. The mechanic is what makes this place great. Bryan was his name. Very good guy and through. He replaced 6 hoses, valve cover, housing for something I can't remember, thermostat, and a sensor all for 750 parts included

Refused to align a Volkswagen because “it requires special equipment” however I called around at other alignment shops and they had no idea what they were talking about. It seems like they made up an excuse because they didn’t feel like doing it. Will never bring any of my business here

I would first like to say I love RAY’S when I say they do good business they do good business. They are trustworthy quick and efficient while getting the job done right. I have a Kia soul 2016 and they’ve surely kept her running as long as I’ve had it(2years) When I moved to Tulsa I was so lost as to find the right mechanic because people can be dishonest especially being a young woman. But I took a chance did my research and I stumbled upon the best Tulsa has to offer Ray’s tire and auto service when I say they’re amazing. What a farce this place is. An absolute joke. This is the second time I took a vehicle in for an alignment and they fabricated a ridiculous would be list of issues that I supposedly had with my car. They may have well just told me my flux capacitor was bad for all the nonsense they spouted. A 30 second glance into my engine surely must have told them the future. Just lie after lie. And then the rude little tech tries to tell me that a nail literally 2 and 5/8 inches in and between the treads on my tire was "too close to the sidewall to repair." Then he tried to tell me that my 6 month old tires were "dry rotted." Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this group. They will try their best to get you to waste your money. They assume people know nothing about cars.

I absolutely recommend Ray's to everyone. He's a great guy and all his mechanics are knowledgeable and upfront. Finding an honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge is like finding a needle in the haystack, but Ray's is that needle. Love them, will use them for all my car needs from oil changes to replacements. 100 our of 10.
