This Midas location is amazing! I was having a sensor issue and had tried to rectify the situation myself, but the light had come back on and I was at a loss about what to do. The kind lady working the front desk took my car into the shop, checked out the situation, resolved it and had me back on the road in no time! This is one of the best shops I have been to in Tulsa. I got a quote on my cars damages in less than an hour. The work they did was excellent and was inexpensive. Im pretty sure there's nobody in the area that can beat their oil change prices either. Alicia was the person I did business with and she is definitely born for customer service, she was great!

Stopped by for an oil change today at Midas, service time was half of what I had expected to wait. TC is a very knowledgeable member of staff here, he explained the process and addressed my concerns and informed me of the full vehicle inspection included with oil change, changed all fluids, checked electrical wiring, hoses, suspension, exhaust system, drive belt and tire alignment! Whole 9 yards in a fast and professional manner. Highly recommend, will be back for my next oil change indefinitely!

I bought a car from someone and it worked for a week and then it went downhill. I brought it to Midas and these guys were great, they got me in quick and were able to diagnose what was wrong very quickly. Not only did they do great work, but one of the guys literally was on the phone with one of the credit card companies that Midas uses for almost two hours to make sure everything went through. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. A+ service!

This particular location has continued to take care of me every time I come here. They don’t pressure you on services you don’t need, they communicate with the service items that are due or due soon. They are fair, kind, and understanding of my cars issues. Iv always been hesitant to take my car to shops. All you hear is bad stories about how you got left on the side of the road or how you got taken for hundreds of dollars. Requested a tire repair late last night, and had my appointment slot approved first thing in the morning (even before they opened for the day!) When I went to take it in, found a second tire completely flat and had to put the spare on before even taking it in. Almost didn’t make my appointment time, but they called me to check in! Once I got there, they took my car back right away and did a full inspection and were able to patch both tires for me in about an hour! Fantastic service, very kind and trustworthy people.
