Let me start by saying I wish I could post pictures to validate this review. I took my car here based on a referral from another shop. They have a lot of nice cars here usually so they must have somewhat of a good reputation. With that being said, I personally had the unfortunate luck of a terrible experience. I took my car here to have some performance parts installed. It was quite a job and I was told a week to ten days. So knowing how shops usually work I was prepared for a 2-3 week wait time. They had my car for 3 months!!! When I finally got it back took it home and started really getting a chance to look it over thoroughly I was quite upset with what I found. My alternator was missing the nut on the main mounting bolt and was free floating. This cause it to ruin the bracket just from running for a few minutes. I had a brand new performance steering rack installed which they over tightened the bolts and cracked the housing. Car has two cooling fans, one of which the wires were cut and left. I found this because one home, letting the car just idle it would begin to over heat. Broke a interior panel piece they had to remove to install new rear shocks and basically tried to conceal it instead of fixing it. The new window regulator they installed was not adjusted properly and leaves a half inch gap open at the top. Broke my seat due to pure laziness of making sure it was set on the mounting bolts properly. So it bent and cracked one of the mounting feet. Failed to grease a single one of the fittings on the suspension parts installed after I specifically asked for that to be done. To which I was told it was. (Lies!!!) My coolant temp sensor was completely broken in half hanging off of the water pump. I was as absolutely as patient as any human being could be expected to be. I paid in full. So I don't feel bad for telling you that if you want professional quality work done in a timely fashion, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Steve is awesome!!!!! I've had my truck into multiple shops trying to figure out an O2 problem. I kept having "high quality" techs telling me they had no idea what was wrong. Steve and his guys had it figured out and fixed in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier. If you want affordable and quality this is your place. I will be back.

Creitz Automotive has been working on our fleet of trucks as well as my classic cars for 7 years. Every Mechanic has worked on our cars at one time or another without any problems at all. I would highly recommend these guys for all your automotive needs!!!

Just moved to town and needed some work done on my car. They found my issue right away and got it fixed quickly. The pricing is definitely fair. Long as I'm in the State of OK, Creitz will be my shop.

Creitz Automotive has been doing an outstanding job for more than 35 years. When I was running a business that had 4 delivery trucks, Creitz kept them up and running! I have also trusted them with my personal vehicles, especially my Hot Rods! Old school applications that make real race cars. Timely repairs unless its some kind of special project that requires modifications. Hope to go visit them soon, a lot of good info down there.

My experience: THE WORST HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS and THIEVES. If there was an option for no stars, I would have selected it. This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of giving my business to. Basically, in a nutshell because of negligence of Creitz, I had to replace my whole A/C system, which cost me $1600 when I tried to get reimbursed, after getting proof that they caused the A/C issue, and after the owner told me that he recently fired the guy that worked on my car because of past problems with other jobs he did for him, the owner offered me 1/4 of what I paid and told me that's all he could do. My cooling system still has issues after a year. After trying to have them check it out this last week, the owner proceeded to run my engine for an hour and drive it down the street and back and tell me that its not overheating and not do any diagnostics on it to figure out if there was an actual issue. Not to mention after all this, he told me that his computer (conveniently) crashed and he didn't know if my AC system or water pump had a warranty, then telling me he was "done working with me" when I said that wasn't an acceptable response. But the BEST PART of this whole situation is when the owner, Steve Creitz yelled at me and told me to "get the f*** out of his shop" when I went to pick up my car because I wanted something to be done so my wife and I have a reliable vehicle. I have a wife who is 8 months pregnant and she doesn't need this stress. All that to say that I will be seeking legal counsel and suing Creitz for their lack of professionalism and thievery, and STRONGLY dissuading anyone I know from ever giving Creitz their business. I guess Creitz doesn't understand that business is a privilege, not a right. Now I'm out $1600 that I shouldn't have had to spend in the first place, all thanks to Creitz.

I've been going to Creitz for 5+ years and wouldn't think of going any where else. They have always done an excellent job on any work I've given them. I'm impressed with the many classic and show cars that are being worked on. People who know much more about cars than I do, bring their prized possessions to Steve to be worked on. And, they have good magazines in the waiting room.

So very Thankful for Creitz, ... I drive a 2003 Trailblazer so things need fixed , repaired and replaced constantly. I was having transmission problems and trusted mechanic I know who couldn't do the job sent me to Creitz. We were in the middle of bad weather and they got me in as soon as they could. While my truck was there they found other issues and fixed those as well. A company doesn't make it 65 years with out being great at what they do and having amazing customer service... thank you again

So to start, my truck had some pretty major issues. Oil pan, power steering, neutral safety switch, broken brake parts etc. And enough rust to make the job impossible. I took my F350 to multiple places, all refused to do the job. One of those shops referred me to Creitz. Creitz was willing to take on the challenge. They set very accurate pricing and expectations up front. Communication was spot on. They had the job done in record time. Everything looks and works again as it is supposed to. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I went to Honda on Saturday and had my coil changed. Sunday my car lost power while driving on the highway and would not go past 20 mph so I had it towed back to Honda. Honda diagnosed and said it would be $5500 for a supposedly “Blown Head Gasket” (mind you my car was not getting hot). My dad and brother referred me to Creitz Automotive LLC and they diagnosed my car turns out I did not have a blown head gasket . Honda actually did not plug my spark plugs back correctly while changing the Coil. Imagine if I really believed the Dealership and paid that $5500!! Sad thing is many people do everyday. VERY THANKFUL FOR BEING LEAD TO THESE HONEST AND GOOD HARD WORKING MEN!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR GETTING MY BABY BACK UP AND RUNNING 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

I have been taking my vehicle to Creitz for a couple years now, and I trust them 100% with it. They're honest and upfront and, as a female, it's nice to feel safe going into a mechanic shop knowing they won't try to upsell me services or upcharge me because of my lack of car knowledge. I highly recommend them!

I have two muscle cars I don't trust to just anyone. Creitz has worked on both, and I take them there for anything from oil changes to working on more complicated projects. They do it all, and they do it well. I recommend them for all your automotive repair needs. My only complaint is that they have one location. We need more of them, so make it happen! :) Seriously though, you will be hard-pressed to find a better, more competent, and customer-focused outfit.

This place has the mechanic you've asked around for. They're good, priced right, and exactly what you'd want in your mechanic. There is often/maybe always a line/a queue to be the next customer, so be ready for that (and they'll tell you what's up when it comes to you having to wait when you speak to them). They didn't do 1 thing I didn't want done, and they did everything I did want done. Nobody told me a lie or even a half truth, and that's becoming more and more rare on this planet. What's there to complain about? 5/5 I will be returning customer. Just watch that first step when opening their front door.

Update 3 days later, I review PEOPLE more than service and they just reached out...I don't ever speak on the phone but these folks actually CALLED ME to discuss my review so I see ,(I never had a doubt that they cared but...), they CARE. As i say later in this review, I would still use them but I'll certainly wait for all my answers so I know everything is done the way I need it done. I've changed from 5 star to 2 star because of an issue, THEY CALLED ME so 4 stars now This review is from... let's call it a year ago. I Had a Jasper put in my car 7000 miles ago. Took it back in twice which they took care of then the 3rd and 9th and 11th time that my egr went bad, I took care of it to honestly not bother them. I paid over 7000 for a 3.8 Jasper but I figured to pay 5 grand in labor, it would be perfect, meaning EVERYTHING would be changed ya know, maybe the original cause of the motor blowing. 140k on a 3.8 series 2 is VERY LOW. I asked them to let me know what caused it because I run car lots with mechanics on payroll so I know they usually find out what causes the motor to blow so it won't happen again. I asked and he didn't know but was going to find out, well I was so excited to have my car back after being without it for (no joke) over a month that I just figured they fixed it so I didn't need to know. I actually WANT people to make a living but I also want the job done correctly. I'm not complaining about the time it took, things happen. I'm not complaining about things left unhooked. I'm not even complaining about me having to take care of an issue that they couldn't... Again things happen. I'm upset because of I had not ACCIDENTALLY found this issue my motor would have blown exactly 6 months after warranty. For 7 grand on a 3500 job change EVERYTHING that can come back to hurt your customer. Id actually go back to these people so I'm not telling YOU not to, I'm telling you to know you are paying full price so do your homework and make sure it's done fully.

We began using Creitz Automotive when we moved to Tulsa five years ago, and have never considered using the services of anyone else. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and their prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend them!

I called them mid december asked them about my truck, it needed the fuel system redone and the carb set on it and tuned they quoted me 4 hours for it. Originally they told me it would be done before new year's, everytime I would call and check up on an update. They told me they would call me back in an hour and they never did. So I would call the next day and i was told the same thing. Eventually I got ahold of the mechanic shop owner and he told me he would have it done by mid week. So even still after calling I could not get any updates on what was happening with my truck, so I drove down to the shop and I walked in and asked the guy about an update and he went and got the owner. The owner looked at me and asked me for my name, I told him and he just said give him his keys. He didn't want to talk to me.
