They make a great first impression here! The manager/staff were abundantly friendly and accommodating - I called a few minutes before arriving and they got my car right in. There was a small play area for my toddler to hang out while I waited with tons of fun toys! My only critical comment would be that the waiting lobby could use a good scrub/deep clean. Otherwise, I was beyond pleased with the service received. The whole process took under an hour and I was updated throughout. Upon completion, they actually walked me to the car and showed me under the hood, that everything was done, had clean oil, etc. I have never had an oil change place do this! In fact at other places, I’ve been charged for “Battery Erosion Cleaning” and when I asked to see their work, the battery was disgusting and no work had been done. This Jiffy Lube didn’t try to pull anything shady like that; in fact, they pulled my air filters so I could physically see them instead of just saying “They need to be replaced.” I really appreciated their service!

I have been getting my oil change with this particular store even when they changed locations. Always clean, Free popcorn and drinks while u wait. Free air fresheners for your car and great service. Great Job Mgr Frank and Kyle who serviced my car and follow up! Great job guys!
