For anyone seeking a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop, I cannot recommend Four Star Import enough. Their comprehensive expertise, outstanding customer service, and commitment to excellence ensure that your vehicle will receive top-quality service. Nathaniel has been taking care of my 22-year-old Honda with over 200k miles on it and all repairs and normal maintenance have been incredibly reasonably priced and completed no later than a 48 hour turn around time. I cannot recommend Four Star Auto enough!

Four Star Import is a really great shop to get your Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus serviced.
The service they provide is top notch and they don’t try push services or parts that your vehicle doesn’t need. If they see a potential problem, they will tell you. I like that.
With the great service and friendly honest staff, why do I want anybody else working on my car?
Oh yeah, the best thing I like about Four Star is that they treat your car like it’s their own.

I have an older Acura that I can’t bear to part with and have had to have a few major repairs such as a new clutch, rear main seal and a new steering rack. Four Star did an excellent job each time and now several years later, everything is still working great. I wouldn’t even consider taking my car anywhere else.

I would strongly caution anyone from bringing their vehicle to this shop. I came in with a specific issue, and not only did they fail to fix the original problem, but my car came back with even more issues than it had before. When I returned to address it, instead of taking accountability, they brushed me off and refused to make it right.
A trustworthy mechanic stands behind their work, but this shop clearly does not. What should have been a simple repair has turned into a much bigger headache and expense because of their negligence.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend going elsewhere. This place has shown me they care more about getting paid than actually helping their customers.

Technician was not welcoming or approachable, I was already uncomfortable because a door opened near a little sign that indicated that I should drive into the deserted garage and the door closed before someone approached, the technician did not smile or speak until I initiated communication and even then it felt unwelcome. The alignment service was completed in one day.
