I am pleased to recommend RC Auto yet again. I previously had excellent service for two Fords (Explorer and Edge) but recently delivered my Chrysler 300 for a transmission fluid exchange after a local dealer advised the fluid was "lifetime" and the transmission should be serviced only if having issues. RC performed a BG transmission service using low viscosity ATF (BG 315) and the results have been terrific. I would encourage anyone with an 8 or 9 speed transmission in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram to use this service to extend the life of their transmission.

Excellent standard and professional service. I am extremely satisfied with my 2020 F-150 limited. I dropped it off at RC Auto specialist with a list of things to do. For instance I want a front lift and a high performance wheels, ceramic coating and black out all the chrome and trim. One of the best in shop in all of the US. I highly recommend RC auto specialist and the garage for all your automotive needs.

We contacted RC Auto Specialists to help us with our Expedition. We suspected a fuel pump issue based on a number of factors and we had our car towed to RC for a diagnostic. They performed a diagnostic and confirmed our suspicions plus also found a few other things that we will need to do within the next few months and they were able to get us up and on the road again fairly quickly. they were great with communication and answered any and all questions we had and when I went to pick up the car and pay for our bill, they were super kind and helpful. We are so grateful that they were recommended to us by a dear friend and we will continue to use them for our other cars as well. Thank you RC!

I have taken my 2006 mustang GT to a couple of shops around town and RC auto specialists are by far the best experience I have had. I have taken my car in a couple of times and every time they are able to quickly determine the issue and let me know what the issue is and what they need to do to fix it. I needed to find a great shop to help me maintain my 2016 Ram one ton diesel with 134000 miles on the odometer. I do my own oil and filter and fuel filter changes but I needed some expertise to evaluate and service my truck. Other than dealer recall work I've only had my truck serviced at one other shop. I found out when I picked up the vehicle at the other shop that they had changed out the antifreeze and they used a universal antifreeze rather than the OAT fluid recommended by the manufacturer which can lead to sediment and corrosion in my cooling system. RC auto specialists was recommended to me by a shop who doesn't work on diesels. I am very happy with the resulting service and I will definitely return for future service. The service manager assured me that they use the recommended fluids as needed and all of the work accomplished had been discussed and agreed to before proceeding. Thanks RC guys. See you next time!

I highly recommend RC Auto for any automotive needs! First impressions were excellent; well maintained building and property, inviting lobby, very clean and organized shop (air-conditioned to boot), the friendliest staff. Chris and the guys were upfront and transparent with us. We had an issue with my Escape for a couple of years that the "dealership" could not and would not investigate nor fix; we were rudely dismissed. RC worked and investigated and found the problem. Chris maintained communication with us about what was wrong and how we would proceed. We are so appreciative of this shop's tenacity. They were awesome. Had to have gaskets replaced. They recommended trans to flush and fuel system cleaned. Was able to get me in right away and car was ready early. RC is the best place to go for repairs. No it wasn't cheap but it was well worth what I paid for the reassurance my car will continue to run for several more years. The entire staff were pleasant, courteous,friendly and quite charming. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done.

This is the place to go if you need a reliable, trustworthy, and professional mechanic! I brought my F150 in because it had an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. The guys in the shop also found a coolant leak from turbo supply lines. The service advisor, Chris R., spent all day on the phone going back and forth with the warranty company and was able to get them to pay a decent amount for the repairs. It took longer dealing with warranty company than it took the team to get the job done right! Very quick turn around and amazing customer service with constant updates to your vehicle online!
