This is the best Robertson Tire location. The staff are so helpful and the store manager Alan is great! They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs, and what really made me a loyal customer was when they said “well, we could do this service for you, but it would be cheaper if you took it to the dealership instead.” I’ve been coming here for every repair ever since. The staff seems to genuinely care about me and what’s in my best interest.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys here at this Robertson tire. Huge thanks to Alan Wolcott and Zach Nixon, I think there was a Kevin in there too. They were so patient with me and helpful. Totally stood behind some prior work that they had done and went above and beyond to make my car better that ever. I felt so well cared for and respected. I had a tire that was going flat constantly and we took this tire to three different shops. We live in Bartlesville we had it checked in Tulsa and Bartlesville by multiple licensed businesses. Neither of these business could find anything wrong with it. Well I have dealt with Zach Nixon before and I told my husband let’s take it to Robertson’s Tire back in Tulsa we had positive business before. We walked in not even five minutes later they found the problem. Then they realized our battery in our car was bar which we had been having problems so for an affordable price we got a battery for our car and a free tire fix. Thank you again Zach Nixon for a job well done. We appreciate you and hope you get a raise for your hospitality and respectful customer service. He always goes above and beyond his duty. He listens to the customer

My newest tire that was a replacement tire a while back ended up with a nail in its crown. Since the other three were in need of replacement anyway, Zach at Robertson Tires recommended replacing all of them. He was very patient in explaining the similarities and differences of two lines of tires, and ended up selling me a set of Trail Climbers by Summit. As I drove off with my new tires, I noticed immediately a smoother, quieter ride!!! Wow! What a difference! I paid a reasonable price for them with a 60K mi warranty. Even my 91-yr old Dad noticed the remarkable difference in the ride. I really like Robertson Tires road hazard program as well. They will take care of any hazards that your tires may encounter, most of the time at no charge. It’s a worthwhile service to tack on to your purchase. I’m super happy with my purchase and with the excellent customer service experience! Hands down, it’s a 5-⭐️rating for them from me. Thanks, Zach!

i had my oil changed 8-2025 by Take 5. 2 months later, leaking oil badly! i took my vehicle into this location. Engine oil filter found SEVERELY loose. Oil was changed, took care of issue. Bought new tires a few years ago and recently had a flat tire. Robertson Tire fixed it for free, no questions asked. I also asked to see if I needed a new tires yet and was pleased to hear that I didn’t. It’s good to know that they are straight shooters and don’t try to take advantage of people.
