I came to onpoint customs to get my 2012 Jaguar XJ tinted. They matched the tint in the back and it came out great. I had my last car tinted at a competitor and wasn’t very happy. I’m 100x more satisfied with this work. I’ll be back for more work and will be sure to recommend this place to my friends Edit- updating my review due to more recent experience. Took my 2021 forte in for HID upgrade and it was a hassle, not so much with Orlando just the situation. The color I wanted wasn’t stocked, not a big deal just wish I would have known. Brought back the next week to have it finished and the company sent the wrong product, not their fault but still frustrating. Left my car and he said he would call when the new parts came in (said they were overnighted). Looked online and it said they close at 6pm But I haven’t heard from them all day so I got an Uber and the parts still weren’t there. I know he can’t make them ship faster but if my car was going to be there another night, or after closing it would have been nice to know. Orlando did attempt to make it right but I was just frustrated at the situation and lack of communication.

I went there on a weekday hoping I could get some easy work done on my lights. All they had to do was put in 6 load resistors so that my truck lights would stop hyper blinking. They said they couldn't do it today...have to wait until Saturday...no problem. Set up an appointment and ask approximately how much it would cost. Was told it was 75 an hour and would take three hours. I called someone else and they did it that day and only charged 75. I'll take my business somewhere else. They may be good but they seem to be expensive.

I had the worst experience here. He kept my car for over 2 week. Every time I call to ask him what's going on my car he would be like it's of right now getting service but I would pass by my phone will be parked outside He put those cheap lights on there, and I know that they're cheap. The app never works he unhook my speakers to put my lights which was fine but he didn't put everything back like it was, and he probably didn't think I was gonna figure out because I'm a woman, but I know would not recommend to him his loss not mine.

I brought in outside LED light kit to have installed and after having electronic issues with the outside part after the installation, they still took time out of their schedule to bring my truck back in to replace the faulty part. You gotta have it the OnPoint way!! We bought a 2020 Grand Cherokee and drove it from Chicago to Tulsa just to get the OnPoint touch from our guy O. He's amazingly talented, very professional and so knowledgeable. I was floored by him and his work on my baby. I drove back to Chicago with a different SUV. I had it tinted from another tint shop, when I first purchased it and wasn’t satisfied. Met Orlando, the owner, through church and found he owns a shop. I asked if he does ceramic tint, he said yes. I gave him a shot and could not be more satisfied! I will be bringing my wife’s Audi Q8 next to replace the tint on hers as well.

I had my truck and boat trailer done in LED strips and wheel lights. At first it was great, expensive but great. After one year, my truck wheel lights are down to 2 operable, and the LED strips under the truck were secured with plastic clips. Most are broken and the strips hang down. The boat trailer? All the wheel light metal is broken. Very expensive, doesn’t last. Wish I had not spent 6k. Orlando seems like a nice guy but the work just does not last. I understood the boat trailer being submerged when launching could be an electrical problem, but the metal rims breaking? No, it was just cheap materials and expensive labor. I don’t recommend to my fishing friends.
