They tried to take $2,000 when another place did the job for $500. They also dumped all of my stuff on the floor, didn't put it back up, and didn't put my air filter back in after they took it out.

They don't only repair cars here, they answer prayers, restore hope, and deserve every blessing π. They have no idea what they did for my life. They will be the first to show you and teach you and treat you like their baby sister in your time of need. I don't have any family but they made me feel at home. I pray that their lives are full of joy and love 100x over. I know everyone who goes receives honest service they care for every person that walks in. I can't wait until I'm in a position to express gratitude ππ«Ά

The engine light came on and they resolved the EVAP issue at a fair price. The technician was very helpful and informative and the customer service was exceptional.

The entire staff was super helpful, but Jason and Kendrick went above and beyond to help me out with my car financing. I really appreciate Christian Brothers for going beyond to help me get my car back running. Thank you! ππ½

We have used Christian Brothers for many years. Here in Tulsa as well as in Texas. We have always been happy with the service, professionalism and pricing. There is one exception and this is why they get a 4 instead of a 5 rating from me. The last two times I took my car it was misdiagnosed even after I said I believe it is the transmission. I was charged over $900 dollars both times. Literally you could drive my car one block and tell it was the transmission. When finally diagnosed properly they wanted twice the amount as transmission places wanted and will only refund part of my money if I get my transmission done there for twice the price as triple H and others. After so many years of using them and being a loyal customer I feel ripped off and may never use them again.

My wife and I were so impressed and grateful! We were stranded (somewhat close by and getting a little concerned). Thank you!!! Awesomeβ¦.

I was having issues with my Jeep, and brought it in for help. I explained what was going on, and the problems I was having. I told them what an auto parts store told me was wrong. I handed them my keys, and left. I was never told they needed to run their own diagnostics. I was never offered this, or told it was necessary. I would not have declined such a thing if an βexpertβ told me it was necessary. When I picked up my car they went over additional recommended services, but never mentioned that without their own diagnostic the service was not under any type of warranty. After spending $1054 my car has the exact same issues. When I tried to go back to talk to them they informed me that there was a disclaimer on their paperwork that I signed which stated if they donβt run their own diagnostic then tough luck. I feel that this is a very dishonest way to do business, and they took advantage of a woman who obviously didnβt know any better. Jason Freed was my service advisor, and the tech has initials βJAβ I hope the owner has more integrity than this, and would love for someone to reach out.

First time here today and definitely 5 stars. The guy that helped me was super friendly. I liked how they gave me the price upfront and even sends a report with pictures of recommended services. Most places pressure you to do additional work, not here. They also offered a ride home while I waited. I will definitely be a continuing customer.

Brought my moms Volkswagen in to be checked out. She is a caregiver and is constantly going and was really worried about being without her vehicle. They were able to get her car in immediately and she had it back in no time. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency on their report. The office guys are great too - and I really appreciate how they took care of my mom!

Took my truck here for an alignment check of $30. It was slightly out of alignment so I told them to do the whole alignment for $130. When I came back they said that it took them 5 minutes to do so they were only going to charge me for the $30 alignment check. Very honest and trustworthy people. Only shop Iβll even consider taking my cars to since Iβm very particular and picky.

Hey..!! I had new Pirelli M&S put on my 2000 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL at a local tire seller. Took it to CBA to have an alignment done. Great ! Excellent ! Have to say it drives better than new. Actually feels like driving my sports car.

Iβve used Christian Brothers for years and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have as pleasant of an experience as I can. They have always been transparent and honest. Anytime an inspection is done I have received a detailed summary of my vehicles condition and what is recommended with a range of important to maintenance type issues. Iβve never felt any pressure to have work done. They actually did some digging for me on an issue I was having with my Pathfinder and discovered an open recall, so I took it to Nissan and it was fixed! Overall Iβm very pleased with this business.

-Service Advisors Kyle, Jason, and Zack have all provided great customer & auto repair service to me this past year! Any questions or concerns that I've had regarding my current vehicle or pre-purchase inspections for another vehicle have all been addressed from this fantastic crew. Their hard work doesn't go unnoticed! -I also like to express my gratitude to the courtesy driver, Michelle. She has taken me back to my apt several times while my car was being repaired. She is easy to converse with while providing a safe and pleasant ride to my residence! Keep up the great work!!

I'm a proud owner of an Infinti Q50, and first off, let me just express how difficult it is to find a local repair shop that even accepts Infiniti vehicles! However, my warranty company recommended this shop, so I'm grateful for that. I just called ahead and spoke with a rep who was very knowledgeable and polite. My car has not yet made it to the facility for diag, but I was informed up front that IF my warranty provider doesn't cover the diag, the cost would be $157 otd. A bit steep for a diag, but I believe it'll be covered. For those complaining about price, I have seen nothing to make me think this is the cheapest mechanic shop in town. But, you get what you pay for. If you want knowledgeable and quality service, you have to pay for that. I'll be updating this review as I receive more information, but I already have a sense of security leaving my vehichle under their care. *Car was towed in, a timely appointment for diag was scheduled within minutes of the vehicle arriving, I was sent a text with all of the information immediately.

I want to express my gratitude to Christian Brothers Automotive for fixing my jeep. They efficiently repaired the cracked transmission pan and their pricing was quite reasonable. The entire process only took a few hours, and I was quickly back on the road. Thank you once again!

The dealership messed up the alignment on my truck. Called the dealership the next morning and they told me they wouldnβt be able to look at it for 3 days. That didnβt sit well with me and I didnβt trust them to do it correctly the 2nd time. Called Christian Brothers in Tulsa hills because Iβve had good experiences with them in the past. They were able to get me right in and get my truck driving straight again. If you are looking for a shop with friendly staff, trustworthy and performs good work I would recommend giving them a shot.

I took my 4Runner in to diagnose a bumping noise when coming off the brake. They couldnβt replicate the problem even though it happens every time I drive. The charged me the diagnostic fee of 170$ anyway without blinking an eye. If you canβt replicate it then you shouldnβt have to pay the feeβcommon sense. Also recommended things that didnβt need to be done (of course) and gave bad advice. Save your money and do it yourself. They did, however, reach out and say that they were willing to diagnose it again if the problem comes back. So, I changed the score to a 2 star from a one star. Charging someone 170$ when you literally did nothing, is still crazyβno matter how much you will do in the future. You should just say that you will charge the money when you come back and the problem is there not visa versa. Sheesh.

CB completed the mechanical services very well - and so far so good. Their estimates were extremely high, though. Thank you to Jason for catching a $600 overestimate for labor. But I donβt think they would have prevented it if I hadnβt asked how much they charged per hour for labor ($175 btw is what Jason told me) and how they could charge so much for labor on my work order when they only had 6 hours left of work day to do the job. Makes me wonder. In all, I believe I spent 25% more $ there than I could have if I had took time to shop and review recommendations of other quality auto mechanics. Also, make sure you receive and review an itemized work order for all parts and labor proposed before letting them start the work. Google for a comparable cost for such work.

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive working on my sonβs truck. Brad, the technician, did a thorough inspection and clearly identified the issues, which immediately gave me confidence in their process. Jason, the service writer, communicated everything clearly and professionally, and Russ, the owner, has built a shop you can trust. From diagnosis to repair plan to execution, the team was detailed, transparent, and focused on actually fixing the problem the right way β not just putting a band-aid on it. I left feeling confident the issues were fully addressed and resolved. Highly recommend this location.
