My husband works a blue collar job and travels for his work.. this week he is in Tulsa and was having a bit of issues with oil leaking from his truck. He brought it into this Firestone after making an appointment for this morning (12/13) and my husband went in to describe his problem. Without even looking at the truck, they told my husband that "it had to be a Monday through Friday sort of appointment to work on his truck and that they weren't equipped to deal with that stuff anyway". What sort of unprofessionalism?? From a chain mechanic that's supposed to be reliable??Unequipped to handle some leaking oil? Clearly this establishment needs some serious work done in order to be able to treat their customers properly, and my husband won't be spending his money there in Tulsa anytime soon. It really sounds like they didn't want to work on an engine on a Saturday morning, as if my husband wanted to be there anymore than they, who chose to have a job, did.

I went in with a flat tire to get repaired. They came out and told me they couldn't repair it because there was a nail too close to the sidewall. Later they came out with the tire and said it wasn't a nail close to the sidewall and showed me the tire. It appeared as if I tried in the middle of my tire peeled up somehow. I don't know how that would happen. I told him to sell me the least cost tire they could. They end up selling me the highest price tire at $260. I was lied to and then sold the most expensive tire.

Booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my vehicle off 15 minutes before the appt. Quoted an hour for the service. Showed up 90 minutes later to be told my vehicle was “next up”. Don’t book appointments if they aren’t going to be used! Be wary if your time is important or if you’re on a schedule.

Made the appointment for the CVI+ and other service: locate oil leak. Apparently they do not read the appointment details as they barely did a CVI and told my son the oil was leaking everywhere, however no mention of it in the service summary. In addition they overcharged for a CVI at the 21 dollar rate despite having a special for 9.99. The reason I got was the coupon was not attached to the appointment. Well it wasn’t attached because the appointment was for the CVI+. Spoke with Blaine who offered to complete the CVI+ if my son could bring the car back, or he could refund the difference between the coupon price and the charge. When pressed Blaine did offer and completed the refund over the phone which saved a 35 min one way drive for 11 dollars. Very disappointed in 41st street Firestone and as I told Blaine the worst service I had ever received from a Firestone service center. Needless to say but will NOT choose the 41st store for my next service on any of my vehicles.

Came in for emergency while traveling through the state. Usually I have Firestone do my basics like oil changes or even brakes and tires. The service and the quality of service here i was so upset with. I called ahead however when I got there they told me it could take 4hrs to do my oil change? Was the first and hopefully last of its kind for experiences but I can say there unfortunately no customer service passion felt. I could really care less how long service takes if only there would be quality customer service. I was only informed how long the wait was to be expected after I reproach the desk. Unfortunately this location won't be getting my service anymore and I highly recommend shopping around unless you just break down beside the building.

This is my go to location when I am ready for an oil change. They always get me in during a walk in and let me know off top how long it could possibly take. You can also call and schedule your appointment so there is no wait time. I mostly do walk-ins because im in and out for work but I had to do both a walk in and schedule an appointment this time around because both vehicles needed to be serviced. Great-friendly customer service everytime. Thank you all for assisting me today!

It was comforting having the service tech tell me to bring the car in and get it on the rack immediately to see what the problem is. At the end of day my car issue was quickly resolved. This is my second time having to come here for my car service. I've always gone to discount tire. But I will, for now, on becoming to firestone. They're great. They work really well with their customers. We all know that car repairs cost a lot of money but Blane made it to where I could get most of my repairs done when I had little to no money to throw at it! I took my vehicle here to get my headlights fixed a few days before I had planned to go out of state to visit a family member in the ICU. The next morning, I got a phone call saying that I should make the trip as soon as I can. They had already been working on my car after leaving it overnight, but after sharing that I would need it sooner than initially communicated, they had it ready to go within less than 24 hours of dropping it off. The staff communicated with me throughout the whole process and they were also so kind. I’m very thankful for the assistance and contact, and I’m leaving this five star review from a hospital room feeling grateful for the people that helped me be present where I need to be today. I’d rate more than 5 stars if I could!
