poor customer service skills. My car was originally supposed to take 4 days to fix a week later and I still don’t have my car. My car was not done on the day they told my insurance it would be. My insurance company stoped covering my rental car because Gerber never called them to tell them it would take longer. Gerber keeps telling me they will call me with updates and a day goes by with no call I always have to call them to get any answers. I will never use them again! So frustrating. They are costing me more money every day Update: looks like I will be going back because my car had damage on it that was not there when I took it in.

Took awhile, but they remained in constant communication. Coordinated everything with the other driver’s insurance company. Looks like new. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. Added: No reason to apologize - some items are out of your control. Didn’t intend for that to be negative. Outstanding work!!

Was rear-ended, and this shop was on the short list of preferred locations by my insurance provider. Excellent customer service, work completed approximately 48 hours ahead of schedule, and constant text/call updates on status - which I greatly appreciated. Found out that they also warranty their work for the life of your ownership of the vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Terry and Jessica were incredibly helpful.

My experience with Gerber was excellent. They communicated well, were super friendly, and they finished my car way earlier than the insurance estimated. They swept the floors of my car and washed it before returning it to me. And the General Manager replaced my bumper (instead of filling it) without charging me (or the insurance) the difference in price. They even reminded me to get my garage door opener out of my car before dropping it off! Really satisfied with my experience.

By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. Just had a fantastic experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They had my bumper cover is back to brand new within a day. It really looks amazing. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car company to make everything super easy on my end. When they did my initial estimate they noticed my license plate and went out of their way to thank me for my military service which was nice. They even cleaned out the inside of my car for me which I definitely wasn't expecting considering I have a pup that sheds like crazy. A+ experience for sure, thanks guys!

Unfortunately, I was involved in a vehicle accident with a deer running into my car driving down 71st. Luckily nobody was hurt, but the passenger side of my car was pretty damaged. I chose Gerber for the body work on my vehicle and after the initial $6,000 estimate they began work on my vehicle. They are very professional keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle every step of the way. They even finished my vehicle 5 days ahead of schedule. Going accident-free for years I had no knowledge of which body shop to choose after my accident, but convenience of location and hours I chose Gerber and I'm glad that I did. The quality of work is superb and when I picked my vehicle up you would have never known it had been in an accident. I came in for a free estimate and the ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. The men didn’t really even acknowledge me as they walked by a few times. I would recommend based on how the receptionist and how kind the lady who gave me my estimate was and her attention to detail. I wore a mask and no one else had one on but at the time there were only four people in offices and there was only me and one gentlemen in there as customers.

I came here about five years ago after an accident. Just recently, a huge paint chip came off my hood in a car wash. It turned out the mechanics previously here charged me for a brand new hood, when I had actually received a damaged hood with a large area of body filler placed to cover everything up. Jay, the manager of this location, honored the lifetime warranty, no questions asked. In two or three days, him and his crew replaced my hood and got me my car back, free of charge. It’s not the type of service I’ve grown accustomed to receiving at an auto body shop. They took a difficult situation and completely put me at ease. I couldn’t recommend and appreciate this team enough. Shoutout to Amber at the front desk as well. She was always very kind and courteous.

I just picked up my 2020 suburban and we are absolutely impressed with the work that was done to our vehicle. We were t-boned and the damage was pretty extensive. It looks brand new again! It was also finished a week ahead of schedule so we're able to return our rental car in early and get money credited to us back for that. Also, they called us every Tuesday and Thursday to give us updates even if there were no updates (still waiting to recieve parts order) . I thought that these updates were excellent customer service and what sets Gerber apart from other collision companies. Great job guys!
