Worst service ever! Car has been there for 2 month for minor damage to front bumper and I continue to get the run around. If you want your car done in a timely manner…. steer clear of here !

I have known & used Hourglass Collision since the early 2000's. There really isn't a better repair facility around. It is not only family owned but family oriented. Sometimes doing things the correct way takes a little longer. I would rather wait to have my vehicle repaired correctly by people who actually care then to have my repair rushed and everything be wrong let alone not safe. Hourglass really does make it look like new not only on the outside but the inside as well. I have always been one happy camper after dealing with Hourglass!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hourglass Collision in Tulsa. The front desk staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my vehicle repair. Despite having an estimate from them a few weeks prior and confirming I had $5,000 cash ready, they claimed to have lost my estimate, my contact information, my attorney’s details, and my claims adjuster’s information. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they refused to book an appointment because they couldn’t locate the estimate, which took them over three months to resolve. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me frustrated and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to avoid Hourglass Collision and choose a shop that values professionalism and customer care. I will be looking local.
