Really fabulous service! I drained my battery and couldn't get it rejuiced. I asked them to come take a look and replace. They determined that the battery was the wrong type (likely a COVID logistics issue with the dealer but one that nearly caused the battery to blow!), secured the correct battery, and installed it in the flash of an eye. I called late in the day, and the technician stayed after his work hours to ensure my car would be running the next morning. He was as nice as could be and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend the service!

Hey I'm tired of being robbed by using auto repair shops, so I tried Tulsa mobile mechanics they were reasonable on price flexible on scheduling, and on time to do the work. They were quick and efficient and so convenient coming out to my house cleaned up their mess. And we're very polite the whole time they spent replacing my radiator. I was very surprised at the convenience of their service and would recommend it to all of my friends or anyone else I talk to that needed repairs.

Called/texted another place but they weren't able to get back with me in time. Called these guys and they were able to come out to me in less than two hours. They replaced my brake pads, rotors, and caliper pins at a reasonable price. They were extremely nice and let me test drive the car before paying. I am beyond shocked!! I have a Jeep that I LOVE I called to get a quote and Nathaniel helped me. He was so nice and explained everything in detail to me. The price is affordable and I don’t have to pay for the tow to the shop because they come to you😎😎😎 I am so excited to get my car fixed on Wednesday and I am so relieved. I must say this is a great company. I was scared at first because I didn’t know what to expect but I said you know what let’s take a risk and see what happens and I was amazed. Not only did they come out fast for me but made sure my car was up to speed for my trip I was taking. Ian (I hope I said his name correctly) was professional and very nice. He had someone with him that was nice as well. They inspected everything on my car and all it really needed was some oil. Price was awesome and my trip in the car went very well as he explained. I was working over the weekend and noticed my brakes giving out on Sunday afternoon. I called Sunday evening and miraculously they actually picked up, he said he could be over in the AM and I just needed to have the parts on hand. He worked pretty quick and effectively on my truck, bleed my brakes and sent me on my way. It was a huge save of time and money, very convenient having them come to me. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I had a radiator replacement earlier last year. Few months later my car was running hot. I called Tulsa Mobile Mechanic to check why my vehicle was running hot. The tech said I had a damaged hose. The tech from the previous repair failed to install the hose properly when they installed the new radiator which caused it to leak and run hot. I called the company to see what we can work out because they said they have a "guarantee" on their repairs. Nothing was wasn't accomplished because they claim no fault without even a clear explanation that cost me an extra $300 I had them due work for me in the past and they did an outstanding job with my full recommendation. This experience has caused me to change my mind about this company. After I paid for the services I have to wait for my receipt at the end of the day (whenever that is still waiting). I'm not the type of person that complains about too many things just as long as I feel I was treated fair. In this case I didn't feel that way. If you're looking for accountability for "guaranteed work" I would not recommend using this company. I may not get what I want but at least be fair about it
