Took my vehicle in for an inspection, had the throttle position sensor wired with twist, cap connectors, and evidently one or more came loose, they decided to use a different kind of connector and they wired it backwards. Claimed that they did not of course, but I have proof. I would not recommend taking anything to them.

My transfer case went out on my 2011 GMC 2500. I had them repaired because they had good reviews. It ran $2500 but the reason I’m placing this review is it since then my battery has died a couple times and I’ve lost, my link to my four-wheel-drive. I’ve taken it in twice and they ”relearned it.“ NO CHARGE! Both times I drove it in unannounced. They checked it out identified the problem and fixed it. I was on the road both times in 20 minutes thanks guys. Apparently, this is a GMC issue with four-wheel-drive. You lose the battery and you lose a lot of settings in the computer.

Great communication. Fair prices and very friendly. Took my 98' Honda CRV to have the transmission replaced. It was replaced with a refurbished one that comes with a 3-year unlimited warranty. While they were underneath it they found a few important things that also needed replaced. I already knew about these items so this verified to me, that they were honest and going above and beyond to even notice. But, they called me and got the okay from me to proceed before just doing the work. I used to rebuild engines, transmissions and "soup up" muscles cars, so I know cars. Just to old to do it myself these days. This is the best shop I've ever done business with. Highly recommend with 10 stars if I could!

It is with great satisfaction and no small measure of admiration that I type this humble review regarding the good folks over at Transmission Clinics of Broken Arrow. Recently, my trusty 2020 Ford Expedition — equipped with one of them highfalutin 10-speed transmissions — met with mechanical misfortune. After ridin’ around to every reputable establishment this side of the Arkansas River, I found no outfit as honest, capable, and fair-priced as the fine gentlemen and women at Transmission Clinics. They performed a full transmission replacement with the sort of precision and care that’d make Henry Ford himself tip his hat. What’s more, they did it for a price so reasonable, I near fell outta my boots. Far below what the bigger service centers tried to charge — and without none of the slick talk or snake oil. In a world full of shady dealings and high-dollar disappointments, these folks are a rare breed — genuine, trustworthy, and mighty fine to do business with. I dare say they’re an asset to the local community, and I’d stake my reputation on their good name. A little disappointed as I was told I needed to get a new Transmission. Went to another place and all I needed was a transmission mount and a transmission flush. You could see clear as day the transmission was moving and the transmission oil was absolutely filthy. I would think that these things would’ve been noticed at a transmission place.

They fixed my car and did a good job ish.. then they worked on my son's truck to put seals in it and although it needed a transfer case we couldn't afford it so they changed the seals,. But even though they changed the seals they didn't put new grease in the rear end leaving metal fragments inside the rear end. Although technically I guess not their responsibility you would think since they replace both seals on the axles they would at least have told us that since they knew we couldn't afford the additional $3,000 But then when we got the truck it had a scratch and dent that it had never had before and although they said they'd look at it they took no responsibility but I literally have pictures before and after it arrived and it definitely happened in their care pictures attached
