Purchased ATF fluid and got extra as they stated I could return it no problem if needed. Now they won't take the return. I haven't used them in years because of how they have done me in the past. I will never step foot in Autozone again.

Went to 4 different stores. Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Two Tulsa, Oklahoma on 31st and garnett and the other on Peoria. One on Catoosa, Oklahoma. I asked all for the type of filter for my Chevy Silverado 2007. All gave me same filter, so i thought maybe there was something wrong with my truck because the filter kept coming off, took it to the mechanic and came to find out the filters ( which i kept all to make sure it was the same to show to mechanic ) did not fit my truck. There was nothing wrong. Paid 100$ for mechanics time!!! I lost a day of work and have paid ubers when it kept coming off and it was all because the filter did NOT fit in my truck. Very upsetting. I think maybe your website needs to be updated because how did all those store sell me the wrong filter ????? I had to spend money on all that and on more oil and filter after filter For past like month and a half I can send all numbers that were probably used because i would like some type of reimbursement if possible. That was a lot of time and money wasted. I can pay for it but it is not fair that there was literally nothing wrong with my truck and i had to spend all this money, waste my time and mechanics time. Obviously i cannot drive a vehicle with no filter so i had to ask family to give me a hand and bring me the filter and oil to me after work if possible. This was like for about a month, month and a half trying to see why my filter kept falling, had to work extra time to get a tow truck to mechanic and it is just really upsetting and disappointing. I like Autozone but finding this out was just like woahh.

Went here 2-1-25 to get an alternator and replacement electrical plug. The female couldn’t find one so the asst manager with the long beard assisted. He didn’t have the part but checked other parts to see if they’d interchange. Without any luck he hit the internet and found a plus that we could purchase in stock at another location. Was great to finish our repair on the warm day we had. Great guy, awesome service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They actually didn't have the tap I needed but no fault of theirs. They just don't carry it I guess. The guy that worked there actually was really knowledgeable and really friendly. Even though you didn't have it if I had time he said he could order it. Kudos.

I had some trouble with some marine batteries that I had purchased from this AutoZone in Broken Arrow. The details of the issue are lengthy and not the important part of this review. What it comes down to is that I wanted to return batteries that were under warranty, but all the batteries tested good on their high-end testers. I was having issues with the batteries in my boat and my little inexpensive tester showed they were not good. The managers there worked with me and we had a good discussion on the situation and we each understood each others' points of view. At the end of it all, they agreed to give me a full refund. They would have been well within their rights to refuse and I wouldn't have blamed them, but they were more concerned with making me happy and keeping me as a satisfied customer. Although I wasn't pleased with these particular marine batteries, they certainly have won my business over otherwise with their attitude and customer service. I worked with two managers at this location and was very impressed with them both.

I had recently visited the Autozone on Kenosha near County Line seeking a battery replacement for my Jeep, I was informed by an older gentleman working there that I did not need a battery replacement, even though I did, when I asked for for the battery to just be replaced anyways I was refused service and had to go to a separate Autozone on Elm where they told me the battery was bad and they replaced it for me. I will not be bring my money or my needs back to the location on Kenosha.

Gage greeted me when I entered. When I told him I needed a battery, he immediately grabbed battery tester and tested my battery. He told me I had a bad cell which confirmed my tests. I purchased a new battery and he had the new battery installed within 5 minutes. He was pleasant and fast. What more e could you ask.

One of the newer locations for sure. In an area that was once my home. It is very well developed now, full of … the BA school is being expanded, full around are shops, eateries, and convenient. Not home anymore, but not far, still nice to drop in for quick stirring fluids and winterizing stuffs for my truck!

I'm leaving a review concerning the next day delivery that AutoZone has. Nothing for this specific store, never had problems here. AutoZone decided to partner with FedEx, the most horrible delivery company, to do next day deliveries of orders. I have placed an order on January 20 for an 02/ oxygen sensor and it got lost in CA. Went ahead and placed a second order for the same item and now FedEx is showing shipping out of TN but the problem is that it hasn't shipped out and the next day delivery was showing February 1 but it's now the 4th with no updates showing it has even left the origin yet. Next day delivery is a scam, better off just continue going into the store itself to buy the parts. AutoZone should get rid of their useless next day delivery. I never got a next day delivery package that I bought from AutoZone online website.

My battery went dead in a parking lot, got a jump, and looked for an auto parts store that sold and installed batteries. Luckily for me this Auto Zone was closest because I received magnificent service there. Thomas P. greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to do everything he could to help me with my dead battery problem. He removed and then installed the battery which happened to be in a difficult location. He worked efficiently with excellent knowledge and friendly conversation. This is now my new auto parts store!
