Worst experience at a tire shop ever. Making an appointment is pointless. You will still have to wait hours because it’s not really an appointment, it’s more of a call ahead, just FYI. I thought I would try them again when I got a hole in one of my front tires and needed it replaced. I called around 5 PM and paid for the tire so they could go ahead and get it ordered. I was told the tire would get picked up in the morning and they can go ahead and install it. Didn’t hear anything all morning and when I called around 1 PM, I was told that they didn’t know anything about it and the tire had not been picked up yet. I showed up to figure out what was going on at 2 PM and the tire has still not been picked up yet. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they were able to order and put it on in one hour. I will definitely not recommend or use RNR tires again.★☆☆☆☆ a week ago

These guys were so awesome. I showed up needing 4 new tires at 10 minutes before closing and they accepted me in with a smile. If I could give 0 stars I would. Communication terrible. They kept my stock wheel I specifically requested back and discarded of it. They change payments without updating the customer. I got a Groupon that they “only made $20 off of”, was told the employee that made the Groupon was fired the next day. Very uncomfortable for me. Did not receive a receipt, I called to have the receipt emailed to me and was told I would need to wait a week for them to get printer paper to email it to me, nothing.
