I took my 97 Jeep Wrangler here twice and have always had great service. Great communication. I had to have it towed the second time I took it to them and they made sure to keep it in the garage until the parts arrived to fix it and until I was able to pick it up after they were done fixing it. They call before doing any work and give the price with labor and tax figured in so you won't be surprised when you go to pick up your vehicle. I will continue to go to them when needed because of their excellent service and great communication and friendliness.

Great communication, great service, reasonable prices. Took my Fusion for an oil change and AC service. They called with the estimate before starting the work, called to verify any additional work, and were prompt to let me know my vehicle was ready. My car was cleaner than when I left it with them, the AC blows gloriously cold, and it handles better after the routine maintenance to my tires.

We love Greg's Automotive! We have taken our cars to them for years. But recently we bought a lemon car off facebook marketplace. Greg's went threw all our options and let us know what was worth fixing. They are a very honest mechanic shop. They don't have you spend unnecessary money! Their communication is amazing and Chris at the front desk is a great guy! We will continue to us Greg's automotive in the future.

Do not trust this shop From start to, well, start because we’re still at the initial concern. This company is deceitful and has the utmost disrespect for your dollars, and your vehicle. My hope is when you read this, you second guess your choice coming here. Please, please read the reviews about this place because they are accurate. This place is a total scam. You will go through way too many problems. My review is going to mirror the review that’s 3rd below mine. I originally took my car for transmission issues. Worst financial mistake I’ve made in my 30s. From the initial phone call, the estimate continued to change. And never in your favor. I was told it would be XXX to get your vehicle repairs completed, and the price always fluctuated higher than the initial phone call. I paid a little over 1992.59$ the initial visit. We agreed to do my repair and I picked it up on a Friday: 3 days go by. it’s now Monday. I haven’t driven the vehicle since picking it up. Monday, heading to work… vehicle has the same issues I brought it in for, except I’m still out $1992.59$ plus the 180$ tow bill. That doesn’t feel good. I get it off the highway and towed to the shop. Shop calls me… hey it’s going to be 350$ in addition to the 2500$ you paid to get this thing fixed. I reluctantly agreed to pay that. Few hours pass by, I get a phone call… hey it’s actually going to be 611$ because the technician found XYZ. I again, reluctantly agreed. Same day. 3rd phone call. If you’re surprised they’re asking for more money, don’t be surprised. 3rd phone call ends with them saying - “ 1033.98$ is what it’s going to take to get your vehicle fixed. We’re confident this will get you’re vehicle fixed. My vehicle did NOT GET FIXED!! I picked it up on a Tuesday, it’s back in their shop on the next day. After paying them the ridiculous amount of money to still have a very persistent issue is frustrating. Resulting in yet, another 180$ tow bill. Bringing us a total invested into this company, a whopping 3385.00$ TODAY - 12/1/25 I get a phone call from the service writer at Greg’s. And in summary, the phone call was - “We need you to remove your vehicle from our shop, we do not have the ability to diagnose nor repair your vehicle. We need for you to source your own transmission specialist and have them look at it. “ This automotive repair shop cannot complete automotive repairs. So you know what I had to do today, 12/1/25? I had to hire yet another tow company to get my vehicle towed from Greg’s, to ANOTHER AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR COMPANY! After spending thousands of dollars with Greg’s, I’m now on the hook for spending multiple more thousands of dollars with another repair company. Do not trust this shop. They will willingly take your money. But do not expect your vehicle to be completely repaired. If you’re one of the customers who are unfortunately in this situation, I would strongly consider having a tow company on standby. Greg’s will cause undeserved stress about the reliability of your vehicle.

I called Greg and asked for his help on my 88-year-old father‘s Honda vehicles. I honestly didn’t know if they were worth saving. I take all of my vehicles to Greg's and nowhere else unless Greg recommends them. I've probably brought 6 different cars, foreign and domestic, to him over the decades and I always, always get an honest estimate and excellent service with both customer service and car service. There have been multiple opportunities that he could easily have charged me higher or performed unneeded work...as the dealer tried to do...but he never has. Even when he knows he won't be able to do the repair (like today, I damaged the frame so needs a body shop). He is still willing to take the car and drive and inspect it to ensure safety and has referred me to another business that he trusts. So nice to know I have a reliable place to bring my cars.

Brought my 2008 Corolla in for a heater core replacement and brakes. They initially said 1 to 2 days, but between parts not fitting (they had to order multiple heater cores) the job ran longer, and they had my car Monday through Thursday. The heater core and brake work seem solid, and the staff was polite and easy to work with. That said, because the dash had to come apart, the reassembly is where things got frustrating. When I got the car back, I noticed a new rattle, and I also discovered the radio antenna and microphone weren’t plugged back into my head unit, which was a main reason I brought it back. To their credit, they got me in quickly and fixed those issues, but it still meant losing the car for basically another full day. After picking it up again, I found the vent mode selector wasn’t working correctly (air would only blow out the front vents), and since it was the weekend and I needed the car, I ended up taking it apart and fixing that myself. There’s also still a slight rattle around my aftermarket radio faceplate that wasn’t there before. Total was a little over $2,000, and while I understand the labor is the big part of a heater core job, I expected more care putting everything back together. I’d use them again for major repairs, but I hope they tighten up the attention to detail on reassembly. Edit: After posting my review, the owner Greg personally called me and quickly got me back in to address the remaining concerns. When I brought it in, we discovered the center heater vents had been misaligned during reassembly, and they corrected that. He also did his best to address the rattle around the aftermarket radio faceplate. I am still not entirely sure what caused the original issue, but it is definitely improved after getting it back today. Because of the responsiveness and how seriously they took my concerns, I am updating this to four stars. Customer service has truly been five stars. The only reason I am not at five overall is the inconvenience of having to return multiple times, but I do feel that Greg and the team are genuinely trying to take care of their customers.

He'll tell you what's urgent, what can wait, and he'll never pad the bill. Honest mechanics are hard to find; great ones who've earned your trust for three decades are nearly impossible. I took my vehicle here for A/C repairs, and it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. I was told it was one issue after another — each time I went to pick up my vehicle, the A/C still wasn’t blowing cold, and they’d say it was something new that needed to be fixed. After nearly a month in their shop and over $3,000 spent, the A/C still didn’t work properly. When I got home and tested the heat (which had worked perfectly before), I found it wasn’t working at all. After checking under the hood, I discovered my heater core had been disconnected and they had bypassed it by running coolant through a socket. This level of work is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have photos to back up everything I’m describing. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or competent repair work.
